Pulsd is fabulous and has been ever since I signed up for it eons ago. ****** without a doubt was the absolute fastest customer service representative I have ever worked with in my life - being born and raised in *** I am well aware of how incredibly rare that is. I asked for an e-mail change on a Sunday evening assuming I would maybe hear back from someone Monday or Tuesday that was absolutely not the case and I was extremely wrong, somethings I have only just learned to be fine with the idea of. ;) Not only did she respond mere moments after I sent my message but she also took care of my email switch immediately. Thank you SO much! Also, I have definitely saved a lot of money through Pulsd vouchers and have been able to explore different places in the city I would not have gone to otherwise through Pulsd so I really appreciate that. Keep up the good work!

I have tried so many companies, venues out there but NOTHING compares to Pulse! The BEST deals in *** and even more important, the BEST customer relationship staff!! It stills amazes me that you can send them an email for whatever reason and unlike other companies that they reply right away with an automated message to let you know they will get back to you within 24 to 48 hours, with Pulsd, the email is to find out how they can help you. My last deal experience was last 4th of July at the ************* in ************ ; 4 1/2 hours of music, open bar and BBQ food. I was a little reluctant thinking it was gonna be hectic, not the best drinks or food, but to my surprise, I can totally say that this has been my BEST 4th of July event in the 33 years I have been living in ***. Amazing people, drinks, food, and the view of the fireworks was spectacular!Thank you *********, ******, and the staff at Pulsd for offering nothing but the best! *****

I have purchased several vouchers using Pulsd services. It's a great way to experience ***! Recently, I had an issue with a Voucher that wasn't used due to a mishap with the Restaurant's reservations when it was still valid. We only had a few days left to use it before its expiration date and the 'experience' we paid for wouldn't be available until the following week. The manager apologized for the misunderstanding and told us that they would honor the Voucher past its expiration date. We tried to make a reservation some time later only to find that the place was permanently closed!We contacted Pulsd and ****** got back to us regarding our situation. She informed us that when someone purchases a voucher from them, Pulsd immediately pays the Vendor for it. There would be no recourse for them (Pulsd) to get back their money from a place that is no longer in operation. However, she gave us a one-time courtesy to credit back the amount spent to our account to use with another vendor. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE. We are so thankful that she understood our plight.We know that this can't happen again and will be more careful. We will absolutely continue using Pulsd to experience ***!

Extremely upscale meals and spas. I am always impressed by the quality of their deals. Amazing service. I email them and the literally get back to me in 5 minutes. Could not recommend more!

I absolutely love using this service, every time Pulsd gets it right and gets me a chance to explore more venues and restaurants which I would have never thought I would have the chance to check out. My friends have used this service and go out with me often as well. Thanks for the enjoyable experience and for introducing me to all that *** has to offer.

I have been using pulsd for a while now to be able to have great experiences at great restaurants around ***. I contacted pulsd support few times and they are always very responsive and very helpful. LOVE the app and customer support is very good and accommodating. Thank you whole team!

I booked a deal that had two options and realized after I had chosen one that time slot didn't work for me anymore so I reached out to pulsd customer service via email and got the issue resolved much to my satisfaction the following day. I was credited with the purchase price and rebooked with the time slot I wanted. The new deal had a nominal price increase but that was because my original deal was super sweet lol but I appreciate the fast response and resolution of my issue. Great customer service and this isn't the first time I've received it from pulsd.

I misread a Pulsd offer and literally had an anxiety attack thinking about how hard it would be to get a refund. I was wrong! They were so nice and accommodating. I was even sent a link to an alternative option that was happening on the dates I really wanted. Great customer service!

New to the city and Pulsd has been the easiest and most affordable way to find new experiences. Great variety of events and restaurants to browse on the app, which is well-designed and intuitive. When I contacted support regarding an issue with a voucher I purchased, ****** responded same-day, and quickly resolved the issue. Love this app and appreciate theyre great customer service.
