No stars. Very poor customer service. Been locked out of my account for several days. Can't view tickets or parking pass. Chatted with multiple with no results. Don't waste time or money with them.Review from Jessica B

We bought tickets for a concert that was postponed due to bad weather. I called seatgeek trying to resell them. The problem is that they are not resellable. I have a barcode with a moving line that changes every 30 seconds, so I need to be able to transfer the tickets, but SeatGeek won't allow (technically I believe the original seller won't allow the tickets to be transferred). So I am stuck with these tickets, I have spoken to 5 representatives, and 2 told me I could get a refund, but the last guy said that wasn't possible. I bought tickets that could be resellable if need be, and now I stuck with tickets to a concert I cannot attend. I couldn't even give them away for free to a friend if I wanted to. Never ever buy from here - such a scamReview from Justin E

Horrible service after they get your money. Two different occasions they have created alot of unwanted Stress. I would never order from seat geek again. Ticket Master is the only way to go. I have an email that states tickets would be shipped by a certain date and they did not shop for another 3 days. That made us cancel our flight waisted 1 night on our Air bnb. These tickets were ordered 2 months before all of this. Never again seat geek. You lost a great customer!!Review from Kory B

No stars . Abominable organization, one snake and liar after another. I received ticket confirmation one month before an event- $700.00 worth of tickets. Hours before the event, no tickets, and could get not assurance that the tickets would be available. Each representative was a bigger liar than the previous - then they charged my card anyway. I had bought tickets to a baseball game that was sold out, which was fine. But then later that day I got an email telling me that I should also buy parking tickets for the event. I didn't think too much of it and clicked on the link to buy the parking tickets. They were listed for $30, which I thought was probably normal for parking. I was not given a list of options like with the baseball tickets for the parking, so I figured it was one standard fee. Well after submitting the order, additional fees were placed making my total $50! I then checked the official *** website for how much parking was and it's only $25. So I was scammed into paying more than double, which is partially my fault for not looking into it more before hitting buy, but when I realized the mistake, I immediately reached out to customer support to cancel the order and was told there's nothing they will do to help me. I was really disappointed by the whole experience.Review from Steve N

We purchased warriors tickets through SeatGeek and it got transferred via another third party. As we tried to redeem the tickets at the event, the third party states that the seller CANCELLED the transaction yet I was not notified of this whatsoever? We talked to the box office at ************ and they also said the same thing, seems like they saw our information and the seller did indeed cancel the transaction. We were left stranded at the event talking to customer service. **************** was absolutely useless, we were on hold with them for over an hour with no resolution. They kept trying to send us different variations of the third party link, but it continued to fail because they could not understand that the seller cancelled the transaction and SeatGeek had no idea! We asked for ANY possible remediation and they could not provide one within a timely manner. It is now 7 HOURS after the event started and we still have no remediation. Not only did they take our money, they wasted our time with false promises saying the next steps will only take a "few minutes". Seatgeek has absolutely no idea what they're doing and our purchased tickets were NOT able to even get us into the event. This is absolutely the most horrendous experience I had with any company and the lack of transparency by customer support. We ultimately did not end up attending the event and we were stuck talking to SeatGeek outside of the venue for over an hour while they're customer service rep continued to state it will only take a few minutes. I still have not received any resolution and the event has ended.Review from Natalie K

All I know is they **** at customer service. I bought two tickets back in April, they got confirmed and money was pulled from my account. Day of the show I still had no tickets. I spent 9 hours on the phone, email, and chat with them. They kept saying they would contact the seller and get back to me, which they never did. They also claimed I was covered under their buyers guaranteed so they would compensate us with new tickets or even better ones. Such BS. Comes showtimes they claimed they couldnt do anything but a refund, mind you ticket prices are double now. Lets just say its going to be an awesome night in after blowing hundreds of dollars on travel expenses for a show we wont even see. *** bought from them before, recommended them to many friends. Definitely going to play it safer moving forward and buy off of Ticketmaster, Id recommend you do the sameReview from Alan W

An unbelievablely terrible with SeatGeek. I purchased tickets to a recent Yankee game but the tickets did not arrive digitally as promised. I eventually found a customer number from one of the ******************** websites and explained the situation.., Thus began a three day trevail with the "customer support" people. They had me cancel the original tickets and use Zelle to purchase new tickets. Over the next few days a few thousand dollars was extracted from my bank account through Zelle. I must say that they are professional scammers and hackers. I'm sure that the number I called was a false SEAT GEEK number--set up just for scamming purposes. When I finally contacted the true Se at **** support they admitted that it was a scam but they were not responsible andf to contact my bank and Zelle. My bank, Chase, which has a relationship with ***** refused to give me any satisfaction and it is almost impossible to get a customer support person at *****. At this time the ordeal continues as I am still trying to get some sort of refund or satisfaction. **********Review from Emily C

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VIP! IT MEANS NOTHING! Paid for VIP tickets to *************************. Arrived at the stadium at 3:30 and waited until 4:45 to enter the "Sandbar." Staff checked my tickets multiple times and once in the "Sandbar" we were inches from the stage. ************************* played as the rain fell and we asked the security guard if the show would continue and he explained that "concerts do not stop for rain, but if lightning is in the area, we would evacuate." After ************************* finished, a weather advisory was displayed on the screens and we were told to evacuate to the stands. We asked the security guard what would happen to our spots (no seats, standing only) and he said he would try to hold them, but we shouldn't have an issue because we were VIP. After waiting in the stands for 45 minutes, an announcement came that we were able to return to the "Sandbar." Tickets were NOT checked and everyone was able to rush to the stage on a first come basis. I approached the same security guard and he said to the people standing in our original spots to "move over" and when they refused, he did NOTHING about it. We refused to stay since the "Sandbar" was now beyond full and we would have been in the far back. I have left several messages with managers at TQL with no response. DO NOT PAY FOR VIP AT TQL. ANYONE CAN PAY 1/10th OF WHAT YOU PAY AND GET BETTER SEATING.
