*Date of transaction: 11/29/2020 *Purchase Price: $1,841.25 *Order #**** *Tracking#: There is no tracking# b/c the vendor has never shipped the product.*Website: www.carbontrainer.com *Vendor Commitment: Carbon Trainer (Exercise Mirror) + Stand *Nature of dispute: We are seeking a full and immediate refund of product cost + taxes + fees. We purchased the items (exercise mirror + stand) over 1 1/2 years ago (Nov'2020) with promise of delivery of around March'2021. Through numerous follow *** looking for updates, the vendor consistently kept pushing back the delivery date using optimistic promises, with the last legitimate communication from the vendor being August'2021, in which they stated delivery should be in September'2021. Since then, we have tried contacting the vendor through various channels (email/ phone calls/ 'live' chat on their website), first looking for updates, secondly voicing our serious concerns over lack of communication, then finally requesting a full refund. All of these attempts at communication with the vendor have gone unanswered. We contacted our credit card company and filed a dispute but were told that we would have to contact the vendor to resolve the issue. That is what we have been trying to do. How are we supposed to resolve the issue with the vendor when they have not responded to any communication attempts since August'2021?*The business has not tried to resolve the problem. I made a purchase for a backorder product from ********************* on 8/12/2020 and the company was sending progress of processing and shipping update. The last email was received Aug 2021 saying it was delayed due to the pandemic and shipping port delays in LA. Have not received another update since and they have not returned emails or calls. A FB group was also created and the admin stopped providing updates as well and others have been left in the the dark with no product and too late to dispute with the credit card.Initial Complaint

I purchased the Carbon Trainer however, I have not received my item and they have not provided a response. I want a full refund. This is not acceptable for a reason due to shipping delays based on COVID. This merchant has failed to contact me directly or provide my refund as requested. The merchant has not answered the phone in which I left several voicemails plus emails along with using the chat window. This company appears to be a complete SCAM.Customer response
