I paid $150 for a yearly membership on Jan. 7, ****. I am not able to access any videos. I have contacted them by phone, email and chat numerous times. They have a history of never responding to any customer complaints.Initial Complaint

I have tried repeatedly to cancel the subscription to the online streaming workouts. The website promises you can cancel either via the web or app, but neither options actually work. They also promise you can cancel via email, but nobody responds. If you call their phone number, all you get is a recording with yet more promises to call you -- and they don't. I want my subscription canceled immediately and my October fee refunded as I have been trying so long with no results.
