I really hate to do this with such a good fabric store, but I placed an order AT THEIR STORE on May 21 for 10 yards of their ****** Stretch Rayon Twill Blend in Blue fabric. They told me yesterday to come back today, May 22 to pick up the fabric. I called them and the gentleman said the warehouse hasn't been there, so it's a good thing I didn't waste a trip to ** today, because they never were there. The gentleman I spoke to was a little short with me, he told me to wait... The staff yesterday were wonderful and their store was the best of all fabric stores I encountered, but however, they still have not gotten the fabric I ordered and to ship it out to me *** as I requested... I'm a little concerned because I spent 285 dollars and placed my order with them and they don't have it... I would like to hear from them that they receive it and will ship it out to me as soon as possible.Business response

Good afternoon,
*** ******* was in Tuesday afternoon May 21st. She was very pleasant and quite pleased with her selection a blue stretch rayon twill. She purchased 10yards and was informed the piece was in our NJ warehouse We advised the fabric would arrive to us the following day towards the end of the day. We discussed shipping options and ****************** was quite adamant that we use *** as ***** does not service her area well. I informed her it would ship by Thursday and reach her Friday.
Shipping was paid at the time of the purchase with her full understanding the fabric would ship ***...as paid and listed on the paid invoice.
I am attaching a copy of the paid receipt.

Hi there! I just got the fabric and everything is okay. I was scared because I read other reviews where people ordered online and it didnt turn out well. You need to call CapitalOne to confirm I got your package so that you can get your money. I just called them myself to close the dispute. But they now need to hear from YOU. Its very important that you call them so you get your money! Again, thank you!
