I placed and order **** on December 15th from my nogin in the amount of *****. I emailed them checking the status of this order didnt hear anything back received my order the 9th of January tried calling them their number is not in service. I emailed because the items were not what they described adult hats which cant fit a ten year old its more like For toddles they responded back with a return link that expired all the items when it wasnt even 14days from date of receipt they sent the wrong color hats and the wrong size now they wont give me a refund or responseCustomer response

11/17 - I ordered 3 mens beanies totaling $59.97. 11/22 - I received 1 beanie, the least expensive of the 3, that was small - looked like a childs beanie. 12/3 - I contacted the company asking where the other 2 were. 12/8 - I received a reply stating that they had proof I received the first, and that they would contact their fulfillment team. 12/14 - with no follow up from company, I asked for a refund of the two not received. 12/15 - received reply from company stating that I must have missed their last email, and repeated the previous email - proof that I received 1 and that they would contact their fulfillment team. 12/16 - I replied that I didnt miss their email, but again requested a refund. 12/18 - company replied that they needed proof from me - a picture of the packing slip and received beanie. 12/19 - I angrily emailed back demanding a refund and refusing their picture request. 12/19 - company replied saying they would contact the fulfillment team to find out what happened. 12/20 - I again demanded a refund. 12/20 - company claimed that the beanies I didnt receive werent available when I ordered them and that they initiated a shipment request for them. 12/20 - I asked why they wouldnt respect my request for a refund. It had been a month since my order. 12/21 - I disputed the charge with my credit card. They gave me the partial refund of $45 I requested. 12/25 (Christmas Day) - I received a lengthy email from company asking me to remove the chargeback so we can discuss a refund or a shipment of items not received. They even threatened to show proof to credit card company to dispute. 12/25 - I returned the email refusing to remove chargeback.Initial Complaint

I ordered a product in April 2023, to date I have not received the product. I have tried to contact the business twice with no response
