      Please kindly refer the transaction summary to the file named "Dispute Documents".We have contacted Miu Miu Service Team several times, but they were inactively in dealing this issue and their process of investigation was incredibly rough (please see details included the email chain as attached below). The order ************ came with 3 different packages from 3 different locations (please see the attached three screenshots), total at $6,121.51. The other two packages (*************** and ***************) were returned and refunded correctly and timely. As I stated in the email, "Im pretty sure that I put each returned item into the correct boxes; to avoid the mix, I double checked the return portal to see the correct combination of those returned items and the addresses before shipping them out". Also, upon reviewing the return process, we noticed that both the incoming shipment weight and the return shipment weight are measured as exactly the same, by **** I believed that myself was being cooperative during the whole process.However, the MiuMiu service team was asking unreasonable request like "can you kindly provide any confirmation that both tops were shipped with that same return label?" and stopped replying to us after they said that they would reached out to other fulfillment centers corresponding to orders *************** and *************** for confirmation if they may have received the item by mistake in their return packages. If the other two warehouses received that item without reporting it, it shows the messy internal control; if the fulfillment center itself can not provide proofs that they only received one item, it also shows the weak internal control. Also, it does not make any sense that I would return the size 36 one but keep the size 38 one, as my return reason is "too large" and I'm only 90 lbs.

      Date of transaction 8/22/2023 Money spent $4239.97 including tax I purchased a dress on miumiu online. I paid $35 over night shipment fee so I can wear it for my birthday party. But it arrived late. By the time I received it, I no longer need it. I took the dress out of the box and I was surprised it was not in very good condition and it has strong perfume smell. It seems like it has been worn by someone before. So I returned it right away. After almost a month it returned Instill havent received the refund, so I contacted the customer service, since then I email the consumer service several times for the return. Each time I was told to be patient.the returned was never processed for almost 2 months. I have to call customer service again on **********. The customer service then answered my call, and told me the return was rejected because it has been damaged. I could not accept for be accused for things that was not done by me. The pictures they sent to me including even a tag that teased the clothes which seems mostly likely caused when the merchandise putting the tag on carelessly. I had to seek advice to resolve this remedy. I would like to have my refund processed for an expansive dress that I have never worn.

      --Placed an online order of a pair of shoes at the beginning of November via miumiu.com --Received a *** tracking number on Nov.9 --2 weeks later, nothing came and there is no any tracking update at all (tracking info attached )--sent a few messages to the customer service since Nov 22 and they only replied with 1 message asking me to keep waiting for their investigation --called the customer service on 12/2 , still asking me to waiting and refuse to cancel my order while the package is obviously lost/mishandled by *** --ALL I need is to get my money back , it has been a month and they still want me to keep waiting ! No any other help !
