Back in May, I was invited to shoot New York Fashion week by Runway 7, in September, as a photographer, then informed that after being successfully registered for the event that I would be receiving my passes for the event. After going over details with Runway 7, and even receiving a specific schedule to shoot, I am told that further instructions and updates would be emailed to me. After not hearing anything for a short time, I reached back out to inquire about the status of my photography passes and was originally told I would only have to wait a week. After that week was over and I hadnt heard anything, I reached back out and then was informed they would be sending passes out the first week of August. After booking a flight, and stay accommodations to ensure that I could attend the event, since Im coming from ****, Runway 7 has not only still not provided my passes, but is actively ignoring all of my emails and calls regarding the situation. I was extremely excited to shoot for Runway 7, but now I dont believe that this opportunity was ever genuine. Im hoping that if this is a scam or an illegitimate business that someone will look into these practices to avoid having other photographers in a similar position. Im now out hundreds of dollars that I cant get back, and absolutely no one to contact for help.Customer response

I spent $75 on a hoodie on their online store on 2/28/2024, and I have not received the product yet. Ive reached out to them via instagram, ********* email, and phone. I keep getting told they are letting the appropriate department know- yet they still have not shipped the product yet or refunded my money. At this point, I just want my money back.Customer response

The business has refunded me the money I paid for the product I never received.
