      Bebe Brand retail company thats is own by centric brands doesnt want to honor my gift card, because this company went to bankrupcy. As a customer I belive is not fair, i was never notified and they dont even given the option to use my money in a diferent brand store that this company own. I been trying to call the phone number listed on their website but is not a working phone number.

      At one time I was part owner of a retail store but in September 2022, I no longer became affiliated with the business. During my tenure, I used my credit card to purchase inventory. In September 2022, I sent emails and made phone calls to all vendors that had my credit card and advised they were no longer allowed to use the card for purchases from the Retail Business. This company charged my card in October 2022 after I had already removed the card from their system and sent emails removing the permission to charge. I was refunded those charges. Then in December 2022, they charged more against my card. I again had to send numerous emails and make numerous calls to get the charges reversed/removed off my card. In April 2023, I have once again been charged for invoices that the Retail Business (**********) purchased from Centric Brand/dba Under Armour. I have sent two emails requesting that the charges be reversed/refunded and have not received any response. I have disputed the charges on my credit card as well. This company refuses to stop using a card that they have been advised since September *************************************************************************************************************************** resolve this as they should I am asking the BBB to assist. I do not have contact with **********, I am not involved with Kids Alleys, nor does Centric Brand have permission to charge my credit card for a retail business that they sell to wholesale. They refuse to remove my card after being advised that it is no longer a valid card to use. The charges were charged in 4 different transactions as shown in the photo.

      I purchased a $700 Parka for my husband 2 months ago you did not send the travel bag, I know now that you actually own Avirex and it is going downhill, I contacted customer service five times via email because you do not have a human someone can talk to ,they keep saying they were going to send it out, oh they were going to talk to their warehouse, oh we'll get back to you, oh it's on its way two day air.. it never came this is unacceptable even though this coat was on sale so what the coat actually looked like it had been hanging somewhere for a while and probably wasn't brand new and also your sizes which are I am finding out run about 5 in smaller than any normal US size like these are being made in ***** and I will not be purchasing anything else from this company again on top of the sizing being off the customer service is poor I want my travel bag made for that jacket and I want it from somebody that's going to actually send it. No more promises they need to do what they said they were going to do. I cannot see how this company can keep operating the way it is he just don't care anymore.

      I purchased the Limited Edition Ombr Icon Jacket XXXL from Avirex online store on March 28, 2022 (Order #****) and I never received it by ****** Avirex replaced the item on May 3, 2022 (Order #****). I received the item and it did not fit. I returned it per instructions by *** tracking #****************** and Avirex received it on May 17, 2022. I have inquired about my refund to my Klarna account, which is how I made the purchase, and have not received my refund as of yet despite them telling me it takes 10 business days for a refund. I need assistance with getting my refund. Thank you.

      Order date; 09/07/21 Order#****** $867.36 I never received my order. I contacted ************************* customer service and emailed with ***********************. She was not helpful with me at all. I informed her, and sent photos of, what the ***** and *** drivers were doing with packages, dumping packages in our lobby area which is unsecured and public. The office here does not sign for packages or allow packages to be dumped in the lobby area but they do it when the office is closed or they are not in. I snapped several photos of this practice and sent them to ****. She did not help me at all through this. She was very short with me in emails and repeated herself continuously. I am a traveling RN and not home a lot. I would like to receive a refund as this has been stressful and time-consuming for me.
