Hi, I made order # ********** on the ****** ***** (CK) website on February 10, 2024, and the payment was processed on 12 February. But *** that is CKs contracted courier lost my order. The tracking # ******************. In my order, the zip code is ***** but *** delivered it by zip code *****, please see the attached delivery proof and my order screenshot. I contacted CK but they didnt make a refund, I issued a dispute with my bank, and CK rejected the refund, but in their answer, they provided to bank with the delivery proof which reflected the wrong zip code and receiver. The *** and Radial (CKs official e-commerce vendor) told me that the claim has been sent to CK, but they ignoring that claim, as well as the claim from the bank. I also wrote to PVH Corps CEO and CKs global brand leader, but theyre ignoring me. I dont know what else can I do to get a refund from them, *** confirmed that they lost the order, and they issued the claim, but there is no reaction from CK. I hope BBB can help me to solve this issue and I can get a refund for an order I never received. Thank you! Kind regards,******Business response

Please note, our shipping policy regarding customers using Freight Forwarding addresses, "****** ***** is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk", which is highlighted on the ****** ***** website, see link: ******************************************************. As a courtesy, a full refund for order ********** has been processed at $79.00USD. Please allow 3 - 5 business day for this process and reach your original form of payment.
