Had card issued through my work. The card is through ReadyFunds. From 01/09/2022 through 01/10/2022 ReadyFunds allowed almost $960 to be removed from my Card. When I found out I immediately called ReadyFunds and sent through a fraudulent withdrawal claim. Normally withdrawals allowed through ReadyFunds were $250 within 24 hour period, yet ReadyFunds allowed money on my car to be totally removed for a total of $960 in less than 24 hours. Also, put on the claim that the monies removed were in a part of the city I had never been to.On 02/26/2022 I received a letter From ReadyFunds that the Final determination was "No Error found". ReadFunds refused to accept responsibility for their negligence. Ready funds allowed $960 to be stollen out of my account and refuse to take responsibility.Customer response
