I closed my Stash account in 2021. In ************************************************** my bank statement again. I contacted my bank, and they refunded my account. I assumed this would prevent additional charges on my account by **********************. It did not. After receiving another subscription fee charge this month, I logged into my old Stash account to find out what was going on. The very first thing it said at the top of my account page was:"Welcome back! It looks like your account is closed. Your Stash account is currently closed, but you can still view your tax documents. Or, you can rejoin Stash."Now I was even more ***********, I selected the "Manage Plan" option on the sidebar. It then listed 3 subsections:Plan Billing Frequency Payment Method Also, at the very bottom of the page was a button labeled "Cancel my plan". Wanting to do my due diligence, I clicked on the button. Rather than take me to a cancellation page, it redirected me to the "Statements and Tax Documents" section, the option listed just above "Manage Plan" on the sidebar. I tried the "Cancel my plan" button again, and this time I received an error message that said "Whoops, something went wrong." So the "Cancel my plan" button did not, in fact, allow me to cancel my plan.I then tried the "Plan" section. For some reason, this subsection was still displaying an active subscription despite the message at the top of the page telling me my account was closed. I tried to "Change" my plan...and it redirected me to the "Statements and Tax Documents" section again.I tried to "Change" my Billing Frequency...redirected to the "Statements and Tax Documents" section.I tried to "Change" my Payment Method...redirected to the "Statements and Tax Documents" section. There was no possible way for me to alter my account. Despite the website explicitly saying my account was closed, I was still being charged a subscription fee. Stash is a scam, do not give them any of your information.

Stash started charging my card for a monthly subscription that I closed 3 years ago. They reinstated my credit card information that I removed 7 months ago (I have proof of a declined payment email and an email stating process fees will no longer occur!) and resumed charging me a month fee as of 4/1. ***** this app, avoid this company. This is a predatory business.

This company stash locked me out of my account and refuses to email me back even when I submitted the documents required to be unlocked. They stated they would get back to me but never has. I have assets tied up with this company that is withdrawing money from my account weekly and they refuse to let me get back in. They need to resolve this issue immediately. This is unacceptable for a large business customer service to be this horrendous when dealing with peoples hard earned money.

I loved using STASH in the start, it allowed me to easily accumulate stock while making purchases and watch it grow or lose but in any case learn. I started banking and paying bills through STASH, no problems until someone makes a 509$ fraudulent purchase from TIKTOK SHOP ****** CA. Within 5 minutes I emailed and started the dispute. Purchase made 8:33 EST. on a Saturday night, of course! STASH has a policy that you can't dispute or stop a transaction while pending. (FN NICE RIGHT) I called 9am Monday morning, no answers no help from people I could not even understand. I believe they were trying to tell me to wait until the transaction completed and then dispute. So Tuesday (CRAP STARTED SATURDAY) the transaction finally completed. I was then able to put in a dispute. Meanwhile, the bills I had paid through auto pay knowing I had the money to cover it was no longer there. The bills at first said completed so I didn't think I needed to worry about being 275$ negative due to the scam..but wait While stupid ssa STASH IS SITTING ON THERE BUT WAITING..they decided to ask two credit cards that were paid on and in completed status for the money back, in return I have now lost my credit with those two credit cards. I was supposed to get a call from a manager today how the problem could get fixed. Call never came. 509$ still gone. Needless to say I've learned my ****** and will never deal with stash again after getting my money back. Such a shame, I was building a nice portfolio and learning a lot. They don't care about people or protecting their finances that is very much a person's life line. I hope my story helps others protect their credit. Losing those two credit cards hurt, I used one for groceries and one for car repairs. THANKS STASH! I believe you folks know where to go and how to get there.

STASH made a GRAVE error with a non-existent external account which I tried to remove for 2 years, and they wouldnt let me remove without a replacement but wouldnt accept other accounts. Now here I am and theyve closed my account because its not in good standing after they claimed that I owe them $860 when I tried to pay my bills off the money they said was in my account and didnt say anything about for FOUR business days until they inexplicably locked my account. Called numerous times over 2 weeks and they keep lying to me about the affairs of my own legal account. Theyre yanking my chain around so that Ill give up on getting my money back from them, the money I legally own. They keep requesting bs information to not have to send the money. Its been a migraine all around and Im so angry I cant even describe it. Do better banking, this is completely uncalled for and youve already illegally denied me the information about my own money and the procedures to obtain it from you.

My Stash debit card was charged $19.99 by a company without my permission. I've been submitted a dispute to Stash Banking. I also attempted to get help from their customer service. Their customer service was not at all helpful and incredibly difficult to understand. My dispute was not resolved. The transaction was never removed from my account. I ended up having to cancel my debit card. Please do yourself a favor, and do not use Stash for banking.

They are undercover robbers and thieves. I would recommend you found another company to invest with.

With all the personal information you have to give when setting up your account you would think that your account would be handled correctly. Guess what that's not even close. My accounts were frozen months ago due to a lien. The lien is not mine and I've had the correct people confirm that lien isn't mine. Stash sold off all my accounts and has done nothing to correct their f*%k up.
