They wont let you change your phone nor password they are ripping everyone that way to keep their funds so I say stash them up their a**

Stash suddenly froze my account and closed my account for NO reason whatsoever. My account was $23,000 when they closed it and they sold all securities, creating capital gains that I now owe taxes on. READ THE FINE PRINT IN THE AGREEMENTS YOU SIGN. STASH CAN AND WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON! They then say it can take up to 10 days for you to get your money back. It's been more than 10 days and still no funds returned. I suspect some sort of ponzi scheme here, using clients money as a float for over two weeks. BUYER BEWARE!!!!

stash is full of bull. they just charge me fees but give almost nothing in return. every month, they try to charge me, despite y repeated attempts to cancel any accounts which charge me fees. trying to contact them and cancel accounts is likewise an exercise in futility. they have 5 million ways to prevent you from cancelling you account, while they continue to try charging you various fees. thankfully, i changed my credit card to a useless credit card that will always simply deny them.

They lured me into investing in a *************** and I was not eligible. I learned about 1 year into it that I could face penalties for this contribution. To avoid *** penalties I had to fill out an excess contribution form and close the **** account. I have spent over a month both with phone calls and emails and all I get is their lame hand waving; "we're escalating it" and continued requests for information they already had. When I finally heard back after weekly prods to them, I was told the form needed to be filled out again as it was filled out wrong. FIVE WEEKS for them to tell me this. I gave up, an am in the process of transferring all of my assets from them, and would rather deal with the *** in terms of penalties than these guys EVER again.

I have been with stash for over a year and everything was going fine until there was fraudulent activity on my account and ********************** did not think that was an issue. There were 3 withdrawals that were not authorized. Apparently I'm supposed to get text a code for these but that does not happen. Also, Stash refused to secure my amount starting that was my responsibility not theirs. I recorded the call and was floored by how little they cared, knew about federal regulations and by how little they would do to help. I'm very concerned about them having access to my money and will be selling all investments and closing all accounts. DO NOT use Stash. Use anyone else

Totally robbed me.Deceptive phrasing and misleading "investment" language tricked me out of monthly "investment" deposits............which were really just fees to stash.No apology, no assistance, totally robbed me, a poor guy. Thanks Stash.

I signed up for Stash after seeing an ad on ********* They were advertising, "Get $50 to invest after making your first $5 deposit." I decided to sign-up and deposit $5 to give it ago. Went through the sign-up process, linked my bank account, and deposited $5. Invested the $5 to their "Smart Portfolio" since I'm not familiar with investing. A few days later I sent an email to their support team inquiring about the $50 and was told it would take 2-4 business days and that it was confirmed. I waited 4 business days and logged into my account to see the $5 I deposited was missing from the "Smart Portfolio". I sent an email asking about the $50 sign-up bonus and to inquire about the missing $5. The reply I got back was, "Unfortunately the transfer of $5 that you initiated to receive the Quick Start promo never actually made it successfully into your invest accounts. Because the terms state you need to complete a transfer of $5 into your account and you did not our system retrieved the promotional funds back. You do however have until 4/30/2024 to deposit $5 successfully and if you do you can contact us again and we can apply a new Quick Start promotion with the same terms but for a $5 & $5 value this time." I contacted their support number who put me on hold for 5 minutes after listening who then returned to tell me the same thing. I asked how, if it never made it there, I was able to invest with it. She told me it's just their system and that it happens and that I was no longer eligible for the bonus, which is fine, because I instructed her to close the account. I'm glad I did not deposit more than $5 and even more happy that I decided to wait to turn on "Auto-Invest". I'm down $5 to a company who has no idea where it went. Avoid this company. They bait you into depositing and signing up for the app, which has a monthly subscription fee by the way, and make it to where you can't take advantage of a promotion.

Stash is a dishonest company that will tell you one thing and do another. The wouldn't allow me to use my business acct to fund my ********************** told me I had to pull out and start over. That was Aug of 22 they emailed me in Sept of 22 stating that they would no. Longer be pulling any funds from my personal account yet they did until Jan of ****. I reached out to them over the past and always the same answer it would be fixed. I called this last time demanding all of my funds back that they were still pulling the said they would go back a one year and refund me ***** dollars but simply 9 x 12 does not equal a years amount I called back and was told they would escalate my case blah blah blah they admitted they were in the wrong. And now NOW THEY SAID THE HIGHER *** HAVE DECIDED TO ONLY REFUND HALF THAT AMOUNT. DO NOT TRUST STASH. THEY ARE NOT ABOUT HELPING YOU INVEST IN YOUR FUTURE THEY ARE ABOUT THEMSELVES!

I canceled my account 1/2023 and now I had a unauthorized charge and my account is active without my consent. I'm not sure if they got hacked. That transaction took away the funds for me to get to work and I have to wait 2 weeks for the account to close and not sure about my money.

Terrible customer service every time you call you get a different answer. I called 3 times about the same deposit and they told me 3 different answers. The last time I asked to speak with a manager and I was on hold for 15 minutes and counting. First I was told the funds would be released on Friday, then I called Monday morning and was told today by noon, and then called again and was told 11pm. This place is a joke
