Flex is a whole joke! I paid my rent in July of 2024 and when August comes around, my August payment goes towards the 2nd payment in July even though all monies were accounted for in July. I made one payment outside of Flex, and made my second payment using Flex, and all the while, nobody is really telling me why Flex is sending money back yet was continuing sending notices that I owed. I spoke through both the email and the chatbot box texting for hours to ask why I overpaid in July, and yet ending up owing in August when the ledger easily could have been balanced. Flex lacks the human interaction and the generic responses are terrible! Dont really resolve anything and now Im facing possible homelessness cause Flex cant add or subtract. And when Flex tells you you are being reimbursed, no youre not! Cause you got to pay that reimbursement back so its not a reimbursement after all in cases of overpayment! If we are to have access to a service like Flex, there needs to be a sure fire way of communicating and there needs to be an accountant on Flexs end to balance the books cause paying early or paying too much results in not paying at all and thats screwed up. Its 0 for Flex from me. Better off just paying the rent upfront. **** Flex!

Recently made an account with ********************** funded the said account $971 dollars was told to relink the property was unable to do that reached out to support relinked it finally then my rent still wasnt paid now its the last day before my rent is late saying my username and password for my resident portal was incorrect but it never asked for that. Now the app wont let me withdraw my $971 it keeps asking me to renter my card details the 13 times I tried to do that and support giving me the run around.

Just started Flex mistake Im never late on rent first month using flex Im late app says pay this deposit after messaging them the said I still owed ***** before they can process the payment it is Aug 5 2024 no payment ! Will tell the complex dont use Flex no stars period!

I was using Flex to pay my rent, and it was going good until I had to move my pay date. I ended up paying my rent through my apartments and paid them back. Flex told me I wasn't able to get in my acct until ****** I waited all of the days. I tried to resume service and they told me I had to wait until 2025 of March because there's a time limit, when that was never discussed in emails that I have. I even sent them an email proving it.

I just recently was told my account was in good standing with flex days ago on the 22st of July, and that my auto pay was on. Now they are telling me my account is suspended all because I didnt submit my income before the 25th. Which I reread all my emails they did NOT tell me to do any of the things they are JUST NOW saying to me and they did NOT give me a deadline on when to do it! Now I cant pay August rent and Im going to get evicted. Every time I send a email its a different person saying something different! I want my account un-suspended!

FLEX IS HORRIBLE!! Thiefs !!!! I hope they get shut down and the owners NEVER prosper . I dont even know where to start but long story short, they've collected more money from me then they pay my apartments and have given me 3/4 different excuses of where the extra money goes but when I screen shot them their own policies, the response or reason for the missing money changes and they refuse to refund ! I have 3 agents , all conversation documented, telling me different fees, not listed on the site. Once I request to speak to a manager they state there are no live calls, only emails and NO MANAGERS are available ! If they are not through the better business bureau, how do we *** or file an investigation ?

Cancelled membership on June 1, 2024 and they still taking money out of my check. **************** is a joke, no live response, just running in circles with Chat. Absolute racket!

Something has to be done to regulate and demand that this company follows the contractual terms they enter into with the consumer. People are hurting and this company fraudulently states that they are going to help support you with your rental payments. They charge $14.99. Monthly then prematurely debit your financial institution causing you to be in the red. Now, not only do you owe them but you owe the bank too. They attain all of your personal information and income info just to do as they deem necessary. Run! Cancel! And try to manage your rent yourself. It is not worth the pain.

On 6/5/2024 I submitted a payment for my first months rent of a total of ******* and after loaded my card on the flex app to make my payment I attempted to pay my rent on my rent payment portal and it on my rent portal it was telling me to contact my issuing bank and I emailed flex multiple times to update my payment amount because my rent added late fees and once I got in contact with a representation instead of helping me with my issue, they wiped my card on the flex app clean of my money and now my money is nowhere to be found and I cannot get my refund because no one is responding to the multiple emails that I have sent and now I am no longer able to reside at my home because of this faulty app
