      Ive had Lili for almost a year and thing were great. Unfortunately I went on a cruise and Royal Caribbean decided to place a hold on my account for ****** after i paid them. I myself along with Royal Caribbean have tried to reach out to Lili to get this hold removed. The cruise line and myself have sent over several documents as well and Lili is still giving me the run around. We cant speak to a live person in this department because they only communicate through email. This is very frustrating considering its a decent amount of money that they refuse to release and every time they want a different document. Of course Im limited to what i can provide but Ive given and done everything i could. Dont use them

      There customer service is probably terrible because of the amount of complaints they receive....For one the monthly fee for the premium account is $50 dollars and the balance up free overdraft is EXTREEMLY HARD to acquire, even if you meet deposit minimum they don't guarantee anything if you take money or move.monwy out of your account to quickly they don't ***** you balance up ...and you have to move money out because pretty much no company can connect in anyway to Lili...can't even it use it for rent reporting or boost with Experian. Also they reporting for accounting they do is never correct and the way the auto categorized my expenses and deposits makes no sense...so that $50.fee is for nothing!! I recommend never using this online bank!!

At Lili, we offer many features such as D&B credit score connection, flexible external bank and wallet connections, connections to applications like Quickbooks, and BalanceUp overdraft based on multiple factors and not just money in. Our auto-categorization is a suggestion but the customer needs to approve or choose another option. We strive to provide value and appreciate your input to help us improve.

      Ive had Lili for almost a year now, however didnt bother using it for the first 6 months because I had another bank. I decided to leave my bank because of the crazy fees bank love to rack up on our accounts. While searching for a business bank that will let me cash checks through there mobile app, I remembered I had a lili pro account which allowed me to do just what I needed in a bank as well as give me access to invoice customers and have there payment go straight into my account. It also automatically puts money in a savings account and a tax account every time a client makes a payment or when I deposit a check. Now I just started using the invoicing part, I sent one to a client to test the waters, but if it does well I plan on leaving my current platform I use for invoicing which is crazy expensive with all the fees I pay for every time I get a payment or get a payment sent to my account which is insane to me. Over all my experience has been good, although if my checks would post a bit faster every time I deposit and if the invoicing goes well I would have given a five star..oh and even though I had opened an account and it sat there, they didnt charge me that monthly fee which is very appreciative. When I finally stated using this account I was only charged the $35 . Im happy with the debit bard too its not cheap p,attic its actually metal and its not heavy very strong great to use. Im happy with Lili.

      The same thing is happening to me with my money the said I would have to wait 90 days the charges where made from another country Im going to start investigating to see if the choice financial group is not linked to the company that is taking peoples money without there permission

      Wrongfully Closed my account reopened the account and less than 24 hrs closed again no explanation given for the reason of closure . If you want a trustworthy bank for your business I would not suggest Lili they dont have answers to any of your questions just we will forward to escalation team . Even the call representative didnt have a clear reasoning for what was going on with my account . This has to be one of the worst experiences I have had with a bank .

      We do apologize for any inconvenience experienced. The reason why your account was disabled a second time was because the account had a negative balance for an extended period of time. Normally, an account that is overdrawn for more than 3 business days can result in a temporary or permanent suspension. Lili extended that time to 30 days, as a courtesy, giving you more time to bring your account current, but unfortunately that didn't happen. For more information, please refer to Lili's Terms & Conditions, Section 3.5, and the Terms of Use documentation which can be found at the bottom of Lili's website.

      I had money taken from my account without my permission. I called the merchant, they gave me a confirmation number to give to Lili to get my money reimbursed. These raggedy ssa people still wont return my money

      The customer reached out multiple times to ********************** and the agents explained that the card transaction was pending and no action could be taken by Lili. The agents explained that once the transaction settles it can be disputed, and if the merchant decides not to accept the funds, they can cancel the transaction. This is what the merchant did and the funds were returned to the account. Sorry for the frustration that this caused you but this is the process for pending transactions.

      I agree with previous complaints. They have been charging me $9/month for a pro account that I did not OPT IN, agree to or in any way need. I have this account for one small need and should not have to read every email. This company REQUIRES you to OPT OUT if it makes changes!!! That's insane. You should be required to OPT IN if additional charges are made. They say it's my fault that I didn't read the emails asking me to OPT OUT. Who does business this way? No other business I have worked with has done this.They can also see that I haven't opened a single email and have no activity on my account, other than them taking out $9 since last Spring, but will NOT refund the money.Stay. Clear. Of. LILI BANK.

      According to Lili's system, the customer chose the ********************** Pro plan when they signed up. In April, Lili ran a promotion and upgraded the account to ********************** Smart and notified the customer that they are receiving the upgraded plan at no extra charge. The customer opted out in June (during the promotion period), the account was downgraded back to the originally chosen Pro plan, and the customer was never charged additional funds for the Smart plan. If the customer wants to discuss further, they can reach out to *****************************************************

      Lili Bank *****......... My money has been stolen out of my account in another state somehow. They told me I have to wait 90 days to receive feedback on whether or not I would be receiving my refund from my stolen money. They denied my dispute. Then had the nerve to ask for more evidence when you can clearly see in my transactions that i never made an out of state transaction. Do not bank with this company. A BIG FRAUD. I'm taking them to court. BS

      Customers use their Lili card for purchases not just in their state of residence. We found that until the September 14th transaction, you were freezing your card and only unfreezing for purchases. Therefore, whoever used your card knew the card wasn't frozen. Given this, it seems that either you used the card or provided the card information to someone else for use.
