I made an Amazon purchase on the afternoon of 6/29 and paid with my Tremendous card. I cancelled the order later in the afternoon on 6/29, and Amazon reversed the charge at that time (see circled area on bottom of attached screenshot). The Tremendous card was good through 6/30. Amazon reversed the charge on 6/29, but Tremendous did not complete the process until 7/2. Tremendous refuses to reissue the card for the remaining funds and has stolen the card balance from me.Customer response
