They deactivated thousands of dollars in gift cards and people were out $7-14 each for this app that paid in tremendous gift cards and no email why or anything just cancelled cards that had $30 each on them for referrals. Some people lost a thousand dollars each in already paid gift cards that tremendous cancelled before they got to use them, including me, I lost $7 cash and a $30 gift card.

This company has a scam. I have tired many of times to get in contact with them I use **** and they give you money for help in a quick pitch. So I get **** gift cards I dont chose the company that the **** come through. Tremendous is the gift card company. I got a gift card on last Sunday 6/23/24 when I got the gift card there was error and some how some way a gift card I had previously gotten 4 months ago and this isnt the first time this has happen. This is the 3rd time this has happen. So informing them on the same error that has happen before sent them all the information that they needed I got a email saying that I need to ****** the company gave it to me then I got ghosted for almost 15 days now I just want my gift card I have tried many of times emailing them I have email them 35 times with only 4 responses and being told I would get a new gift card on Monday 7/1/24 and it was never sent I have email them again on Tuesday 7/2/24 4 different time creating new tickets resenting email screen shots everything and nothing I have talk to **** and they are doing investigation ont he matter but that wont get back to me until next week. I am stuck in rock and hard place
