      Vola is a scam I been a customer for months paying a $8 monthly subscription fee only to be offered $20 it never increased and they move so slow when it comes to paying them back I received 2 fees equaling $60 1 for the $8 fee and 1 for the $20 when I reached out they basically said.. **** trying EarnIn or Empower any other company besides Vola

      Email several times to revoke ach and they will not respond!

      You were notified via US Mail, Email, Chat and Phone of revoked ACH payments/debits and also received an official form for this several weeks ago. I see the emails were read and acknowledged. Yet, today on 05/29/2024, you withdrew $100 from my checking account. I have since filed a police report as well as fraud report with my bank. Please let me know how/why this happened.

      I revoked my ach authoirzation on the day the memebership was due and asked to cancel the membership in which they did. They refused to refund the membership fee and i I cant log onto the platform any longer. They funded the membership in the past when there was an error, but are refusing to do so now.

      I have a good reason to believe this company deliberately ignores customer emails. I am currently facing financial hardship and have asked them to revoke ACH access and stop debiting my account and stop charging me $29 a month (cancel my membership). I will pay this back as soon as I can but at the moment struggling. I have explained this. They insisted I fill out a form which is not a form but a word doc asking only for name and email which they have. When I told the woman emailing me I would not and that they have my name and email she just stopped responding. It has been 5 days I have emailed SEVERAL times and no answer. I am concerned because they have not confirmed they will not debit my account and they just do not respond. There are several people across many websites who have had this experience with them so that makes me think they definitely do it on purpose.

      I used the company Vola to receive a cash advance of $175 on 3/30/2024. The company claims it takes 24 business hours to receive. I have not gotten the $175 deposited into my account. I have tried calling and emailing this company but they are doing nothing. Every time I call they hang up on me. When I tried emailing, they claim the money was sent but provided no documents showing this deposit. I provided the documents that my account has not received the deposit and they just dont respond. All I want is the $175 they were supposed to send agreeing to the document I signed with them.

      I have a debit coming up tomorrow 12/17/23 from Vola finance. I have emailed them numerous times throughout this week to revoke my ACH authorization and have not gotten a reply. This company has no phone number and barely an email to get in contact with them if they read the emails at all.

      I canceled my account months ago when it's still active and then I was charged $8 on my bank account you can't get a hold of them at all they don't get back to you with emails I just want my account completely deleted and I don't want to have anything to do with this company ever again
