      This business continuously spam texts everyday! Even after a year of opting out, I still get the texts. At this point, its harassment. I dont even know how they got my number. I never signed up or consented to be contacted by this company.

      This company sends texts weekly using a bot that spoofs through random (866) numbers using different names with incomplete contact information coming back to their company (like company name, reply emails, or valid callback numbers) offering you lending services with no real information given. They have a STOP reply option that also does not work. They don't provide you with a valid way to stop contacting harassment. I have no way to stop infinite numbers from texting me. It's gone on for over a year now and I see even though they have had these complaints, they continue to not fix their methods or systems. They need to be brought to court clearly. The backlog of complaints through the BBB website would likely be evidence enough.

      This company continues to spam text predatory lending offers despite repeated attempts to get them to stop. they text from many different phone numbers and each time you respond STOP, they'll find another number to text you from. This is illegal.I requested in a detailed text response to stop contacting me on 2/19/2024. The screenshot is attached. They then contacted me again on 4/1/2024 from yet another number despite having opted out many times. This is unacceptable.These folks run a spam company and I certainly hope the government takes action to stop them from continuing to break the law. Please remove my number from your database and certify that you have completed that action. Please cease any further texts or contact with me from any number associated with Premium Cap

I responded to the previous message with STOP. I responded to this current contact with STOP. Yet it, does not end. I am seeking the purge mentioned where my number is no longer contacted. At this time, I regard this as "willful" and will seek penalties if I cannot be assured that the company takes this seriously.

      You misunderstood.  The ************ is YOUR number that you are texting me from and I requested that you stop.  In the earlier complaint, you texted me from ************ (another one of YOUR numbers).  I requested that you stop.  In my BBB complaint, I asked to be removed from your records because you simply start contacting me from new numbers.

      The number that you need to purge from your database is ************.  That is my number.  In your earlier response, you said you purged it from your records.  Yet less than 10 days later, that wasn't true.  Purge the number like you said you did.

       

      In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is CONDITIONALLY satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      With respect to contact from the business from this number, I accept and agree that they have not contacted me since this contact.  However, 7 days prior to contact from this number, the company contacted me from different number and also told me that they had not contacted me (from that number) and would not be contacting me.  That was not a truthful response to my earlier claim, which is why I opened a new one.  I accept this resolution if the company does not contact me from ANY number in the future.

      This is a predatory lending company that *** be a full-on scam.Once this company gets your contact details, they will not stop contacting you. It doesn't matter how often you ask to be removed from their list, reply STOP to their texts, or report them as junk. They use different numbers and keep going.I don't even own a business any longer. I've told them this. It doesn't matter. I get constant calls and texts from them weekly with unsolicited lending offers.I want this to stop.

      Like every other complaint here, I have never inquired about a loan from these spammers and I am in no way associated with the company they keep texting me about. I've replied stop nearly a dozen times to different numbers and a new one will text me days later. This is basically harassment at this point and I have no other choice than to report them here.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been conditionally resolved.  Though it is true that they have not texted me from that number since I responded "STOP" 2 hours after I sent STOP, I have previously responded to their texts from other numbers with "STOP" and it has not stopped.  At this time, I will accept their response but reserve the right to re-open if the company does not resolve this issue with persistence.  In reading other cases, the business provided the excuse that a claimants number had been in "multiple leads" and only after "purging" were they able to prevent further calls.  I would encourage the business to "purge" that number in this case so that there isn't a recurrence.  As I understand it, that would move the applicable fine from normal nuisance to willful nuisance.
