clear source capital in conjunction with UFC capital and AB capital have fraudulently led me to believe that i had a payday score of 87 and had to take a working capital loan to be able to get a $150k line of credit that they lied about! they fraudulently took $5k out of my bank account and have stopped all calls and emails! how can they still be operating and taking advantage of small businesses like this!!Initial Complaint

This was for a line of credit of 150,00. ******************* of clear Source Capital said my paydex score was a 87. I needed to be at a 90 or higher to be able to get the insurance policy at a cheaper rate. I had to do a ***** high interest loan that I paid a ***** dollar commission fee. So they got me to do the business loan with stable web capital that I had to make 4 payments in 4 days of $398 then I had to do a payoff on that fourth day of ***** to boost my paydex score up to 93. Plus I had to write a check up front of ***** dollars of the money they sent in my bank account. Smh ??????? So I wired all the money at my bank to pay off the loan. Now they were waiting on the insurance policy but the guy **** at another company gave it to another business because it took like a week for stable Web capital to show a 0 balance for me. ******************* said I would have the money on the fourth day, weeks went by and he started making excuses and ghosting ever me. Since then **** wont contact me or respond to my text messages or emails. I call b&d street ask have there been any companies that was checking my paydex score they haven't heard of them. . I never knew for sure what my paydex score was but he said it was a 93. Im out of around ***** dollars because of his lies. What a scam!!!Initial Complaint

This was for a line of credit of a ******* Started out they said my paydex score was 87 I needed it to be a 90 to be able to get the loan at a cheaper rate. So they got me a business advances that I had to pay 4 days of $298.00 then they payoff of $3758.00 following Monday. So I sent all the money done my part now they saying waiting on a policy of insurance for this loan. Said I would have the money 2 weeks ago sence then he want contact me unless I ask him. I call b&d street ask have there been any business there checking my paydex score they haven't heard of them and I don't have a paydex score she said nothing been done there to have one. I send him the form she gave me at *********** Street showing him I didn't have a paydex score so he still lie say I do. His Name is " ***** ****** ".Customer response
