I ordered a gluten-free red velvet cake for my daughter's birthday. The wrong cake was shipped and I promptly called to have it replaced. I was told it would arrive the next day but it did not. It was too late to find another ***** on a Saturday evening who could replace the cake and my daughter went without a cake for her birthday. The company was defensive, unapologetic, and refused to refund the full amount of the order as I had added the candles, a ***** bear, and a cookie tower. After all of the heartache this experience caused my family, I believe a full refund is the least they could do. The food items that did arrive were dry and incredibly small. I never leave reviews but I hope to save someone from having the same horrendous experience that I had.Business response

I placed an order on Jan. 12, 2023 at 1:23pm for a sour cherry pie to be delivered on Jan. 16, 2023 to the recipient, whose address information I provided. I received confirmation of the order and my credit card was charged the full amount, but the order was never shipped and I never received a tracking number. The total cost of this transaction was $72.46. This includes the charge of $24.46 for expedited shipping. I attempted to email them directly, but failed to receive any kind of response. I attempted to call them, but the automated line continues to go silent when trying to connect to an agent. I want my money refunded in full ASAP and their website shut down, because people need to know this looks to be a scam. My order # is ********. Please help in resolving this issue.Customer response

I ordered about $124 worth of items for my brother's birthday from their website. I asked the cakes and items to be delivered by Feb 4th. My brother did not receive the shipment. I have called them and left two voicemails, emailed them three times over the past four days. The package still hasn't been delivered. *** tracking says it will deliver on Feb 8th, which is four days past the date. The shipment has been in transit since Feb 3rd so its likely that the food is either stale or not safe to consume. I have asked for a full refund, but have no received any responses.
