We placed the orders usually for $4.99, occasionally $5.99, for about 60 times and successfully canceled majority of them, about 50 times, according to and complying with their terms and were Promised to be refunded but never received any. For the exact details, the merchant can check under my email account with them, ************************** Or my phone number. This seems to be a fraud.Customer response

the company is cheap. I ordered one meal through the app. I called the restaurant before I went as I would be late for ******************************************************* to pick up the meal 30 minutes late. When I drove there, the restaurant refused to give the meal. I spent an hour driving between there and my house. What a waste of time!! Later the restaurant charged me for an order they refused to give me. What a rip off. I emailed the app and they sided with the rip off restaurant! Definitely I would not use the app any more in my life time. They lost a customer forever for $10. The company is so cheap. They will not be able to survive a rip off model.My charge on order is ****08-2024 Toogoodt ************* ******** Ny $10.80. I need my money back! I purchased a surprise bag of bread and pastries as advertised on their website.There was no bread or pastries provided, only beverages were given for voucher. The advertisement indicates bread and pastries. I purchased bread and pastries as advertised and only received beverages only. I would like a refund, as the advertising for the store needs to be corrected to list what the surprise bag will include and that is not bread and pastries. It is drinks only.IInitial Complaint

I spent the past 5 months buying meals on this app so I could get the 10th free within the specified time period after purchasing 9 meals. Buy 9 meals, get the 10th free before March 31, 2024. I did that and saw the meals adding up and I reached the 9th meal in February 2024. To reiterate, I purchased my 9th meal BEFORE March 31, 2024. They are saying that that two of those meals (which were counted in the meal tracker on the app) did not count even though I could see them being counted each day I opened the app and counting towards my 10th meal free. The customer service representative is ignoring my emails where I say this and taking sometimes over a week to respond. I distinctly remember getting the offer to participate in the voucher program the FIRST moment I used the app BEFORE I bought any meals. The first meals I purchased were after I elected to be in the voucher program. They are playing games and saying that the voucher program didn't start until two hours after. I want my free meal voucher or a $60 refund for all the meals I bought and all the time I wasted.Initial Complaint

How the program of there app works is you pay a discount rate for food that a restaurant would normally toss out at the end of the day. There was a listing on their Too Good To Go app for a pick up time 5-5:30. I get to the place at 5:04, the restaurant is completely dark and looked like it was closed for quite some time. I put in help with Too Good To Go and they have been ignoring me. This was the first time using them so not a great first impression either. I just want a refund on my food that I never even got the chance to receive. Im not asking much. Thanks for your help.Initial Complaint

I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience with the Too Good To Go service. I had placed an order using a voucher that is soon to expire, but unfortunately, the restaurant canceled my order, leaving me unable to utilize the voucher within its validity period. As a result, I kindly request compensation in the form of a replacement voucher.Customer response
