I placed an order for a chocolate dipped strawberry arrangement with a few additions. This was for my partner's daughter for her 16th birthday on July 16th. They were out in New York to celebrate her birthday. I wanted to surprise her with a little something. The total of the arrangement came out to $112.11. Upon receiving it, my partner contacted me to thank me for sending it but the strawberries were inedible. They ended up having to dispose of the entire thing, only keeping the balloons and card. She stated that the strawberries were mushy and overripe. I contacted the store via the company website the same day (July 16th) and sent them a detailed description of the product and that I was extremely disappointed in the quality. I demanded for a full refund. Unfortunately, her Mother did not take any photos of the arrangement. By Tuesday July 19th, I did not hear anything from Edible Arrangements. I contacted customer service to follow up and they sent me to the store. They refused toCustomer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved. They have reached out to me personally and have agreed to the issue a full refund.
