      I ordered a frame and waited 2+ months to receive the order because S&S forgot to fulfill it. The engraving was not in the orientation I expected and I was told me to return the frame on a Thursday. I paid to have it shipped back on a Friday. Then on Monday I was told actually they were not going to send me the frame with the engraving I expected and they were just going to ship the frame back to me. So now I am out the price of the frame AND the shipping and I do not have the product I expected. Shame on Scully & Scully - this is NOT the level of communication or service I would EVER expect. That fact that they forgot to fulfill my order for two months alone is ridiculous!

      I recently purchased an item for $690. However, the item I received did not match the product description online. I called to see if an exchange would be possible and was told it would be simple just come in to the store to make the swap. I journey to the store only to find that they never had the correct item in stock in the first place. For whatever reason, someone gets the bright idea to refund me before asking whether I wanted to keep the item or outright return it. I elected to keep the item, so they swiped my card for $710 this time. Yes, I was charged $20 to leave the store with the exact same item I walked in with. It hardly made any sense, but I was told the refund would be processed in 3~4 business days.It has been 3 weeks since I was refunded in store, and I still have not received my money back. I have called several times and emailed the customer service representative on numerous occasions. When I email for a status update, customer service parrots the same line over claiming to have refunded me showing zero interest in rectifying the issue. When I call into the store, I am told that the individual in charge of in-store refunds is busy, but that he will call me back shortly. It has been a week and the call never came.The point is that this is quite literally the worst treatment I have ever experienced as a paying customer in my entire life. This is what the absolute bottom of the barrel looks like, and I mean that without hyperbole. It really is asinine. It is getting to a point where I am seriously contemplating getting the authorities involved in this.Even once I am refunded, I will never in my life do business with this establishment again. Under no circumstances would I recommend that you engage with Scully & Scully.

      My review it has only one star , because you have to give a rating. Otherwise it will definitely be a -0 .My complaint is about regarding customer service representative.Her name is ***** ( also manager) .She is the most unprofessional and incapable person for the position.It started with putting an order I had to spend the whole afternoon..!So sad , a prestigious company employees personnel like her. Than the package arrived. I ordered a letter opener with the initials engraved.When the person that I bought for , opened the package , the letter opener was somebodys else Completely with some random dates on it. ***** didnt take any responsibility and said she will order another one.10 days later I thought to give her a call. Found out that the item was ready and she didnt bother to ship it. I pushed her and she finally did . I will never order from this company again. I would like that ********************************* to read this very carefully and take it seriously.****************************

      Got a small wooden inlay picture frame (brown with straight lines) as a token present for my first purchase with this company. The inlay is two, much lighter colour, straight lines. At the bottom right corner the lines did not align as a result of the very poorly done mitering. I returned the frame and the company deducted from my refund (which took well over a month to be processed) the cost of the shipment. I fail to understand why I have to pay to return a faulty item, so I emailed customer services. Their only response was that the warehouse considered the frame was in "excellent" condition and so they refuse my reason to return as "faulty" and I should bear the cost of the shipment. The shipment was only $5 but it is the principle that is wrong and the even worse response from the customer services team. In addition, the fact they consider that frame to be in excellent condition makes me seriously question the quality standards this company works towards. Never buying from this company again and I urge people not to believe the reviews on the website. I wrote a 1-star review on the item and it has not been published!

      This place is a total Scam.!I returned and item from Christmas and they will not accept it bc they cannot find information from original sale. What?! Are you kidding **** have called 4 different times and they cannot find the item or they keep saying they are inundated with Christmas returns! Hello, its almost the end of February. For gods sake, just send my item back. This place has been a total nightmare from day 1.I will NEVER shop this place again!

      The customer service is Just awful. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM!! BEWARE AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I placed an order for the items SIX MONTHS AGO and every 4 weeks the customer service tells me it is delayed all while their page states this particular item will ship in **** days!! They are a FRAUDULENT company.

      Have been waiting since mid December for two items for gifts. Each time I call, Im told items coming at end of following month. Woman answering phone had to check with buyer to get info. I asked to speak to buyer and was told she couldnt transfer the call to her. I asked her to have the buyer call me and I was told she doesnt speak to customers. Thats what customer service was for. So, in addition to cancelling that order, the additional item of furniture I was about to order will not happen. I have ordered from this store for years and the merchandise is usually very nice and exactly what I expected. However, they string you along saying its due in soon so as not to lose your business. Im sorry to sayIm done!!
