What a horrible experience. It took over a month to get my order. When I finally did it was missing 6 items. I was only refunded for 1! I called today and was hung up on. I am beyond frustrated with this company and would never shop here again. I was consistently told I had to wait longer for my order, that there was nothing they could do. I was beyond disappointed when I finally got my order today only to have so many items missing. I was never notified and offered anything else in exchange. They would not expedite shipping or anything. They were rude over email and over the phone.Review from Dody H

Would rate 0 if could. Recieved order, all items were too small. Sent all items back paying the shipping out of my own pocket since their labels wouldn't work. It was received by them 12/30/21. After 5 emails from them telling various excuses & giving me a wrong number to call, I finally got a refund processed on 3/31/22. No apology or anything, and the refund was only for $109.70..I paid $141.00 before shipping and taxes, plus paid to ship their products back to them..no wonder they went out of business! I ordered a few things from them 2/1 and they shipped a few days later, received them and loved them! No issues... Then. I ordered more on 2/6. WEEKS went by so I emailed for an update on when they would ship... they apologized for being "behind" and assured me it would ship soon. Ok, so I waited... A full month goes by from when I ordered. I emailed again. This time they said, sorry we don't have those items anymore so we're issuing you a full refund. Okay, that ***** but fine. They then submit 10 TINY refunds that DO NOT add up to my total spent (spent $120, tiny refunds added up to $81.04, so they shorted me $37.94 for no reason). I emailed again and am still waiting for a response. I'm pretty sure this company is struggling and trying to gobble up any money they can. I am very disappointed with the store and their approach to customers. Justice went out of business when Covid-19 first started. Then they reopened online. My daughter got very happy and we placed few orders in last few months. Unfortunately, Many itmes are sold when they are already out of stock. It happens way too often. Additionally, customer service promises to reach out with the solution and they disregard their customers. Never call back, never email. I wanted to support their business when they reopened but will not shop there anymore.Review from Christine M

If I could give zero stars for customer service I would. I placed my online order 2/5/22, it is now 2/22/22, and it has not shipped. By the time these winter clothes arrive it will be spring. I called Justice to cancel, and "do to their rapid delivery process, once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled." What a joke! Do not purchase online from this store!! Deceptive. Terrible online delivery and customer service. I order mid Nov for ***** Standard shipping says order delivered in **** business days, 4 days to process. 8 days and I call order not processed. Told would take care of and email me -- no email but see now order processed. My order shows sent to post office but post office tracking say post office not in receipt. I wait and then I call. **************** resolves nothing only send scripted inappropriate answers. Now they say they changed their delivery for the holidays to order will be delivered within **** business days AFTER it ships (who would bother ordering). I go to web site and it not there, standard shipping still say **** business days from time place order. So I would not stop challenging them. Mentioned they a D- on BBB. Kept it up. Suddenly my order post office now in receipt and moves along shipping. Deceptive practices. No stores anymore. If want online business need to run it better ----- and handle online business with the same standards other retail does. I did lots of online ordering and Justice was the worst in shipping and customer service .... and overall experience.Review from celeste r.

My daughter was given (2) $20 dollar Justice gift cards in 2020. We went to use them in 2021, not knowing the business was sold. There were no signs, emails or any other types of communication. Now we can't even us the gift cards for any purchases which is ridiculous.Review from Shaquaze A

THESE MFS TOOK MY F****** MONEY OFF MY CARD AND I HAVE NO ITEM IN RETURN. IM LITERALLY ON THE ***** WITH THESE FOREIGN MFS NOW. I STILL HAVE NO ITEM I Ordered 16Days AGO. NEVER TF AGAIN!!Review from sarah n

I would leave a 0 if I could. Placed an order. 1 item refunded, the remainder arrived late. The soccer shirt I purchased was not delivered. I received a Cheer shirt. They want me to pay more than I originally paid with shipping to get the actual order I placed. Seems like a scam. Will never purchase from this company again.
