I placed a ****** pieces menu printing order on 06/06/2023. I required the coupons attached to the menus were good for a year, but they made a mistake with expiration date 07/30/2023 for the coupons. I called numerous times trying to resolve the problem, but they kept telling me that the intern boy made the mistake and the owner who could handle the problem was out of country. I only asked them to replace the order, but they tried to ignore my request. I paid $500 for deposit on 06/06/2023 and $1050 for the balance. If they are not willing to replace the order, I can get my money back.Business response

Dear BBB,
SG Printing is not responsible for proofreading. The customer is responsible for letting us know if there are any issues so we may correct said issues.
We always show the customer the pdf file so they can check for any potential issues and then we will correct them.
In addition, customer has never mentioned anywhere about the expiration date for the coupon being incorrect.
Attached are the chat logs which were originally in chinese, that were ****** translated into english.
On 6/9/23 the customer only mentioned that they wanted 9 coupons on the page instead of 3. We corrected that issue.
On 6/13/23 They wanted the item spicy pineapple chicken removed from the menu. We removed it.
On 6/15/23 they had did not mention any further corrections and asked when the menu would be ready.
On 7/15/23 the order was done and they sent payment. 7/16/23 was our last contact with said customer.
After the customer has given the final corrections it is no longer our responsibility if they forgot to make a change. That is their fault.
So if they are complaining about a mistake on their end after the fact, it is not our problem. Otherwise any customer can demand a refund for anything after placing the order.
