Ordered a tee shirt on line in Nov. 22. Paid by **** debit. Received confirmation number **** right away and was given 3 to 6 weeks to expect delivery by mail. no tee shirt so far. I have phoned 5 times and they are polite and full of promises but never send the tee shirt. Also sent several e mails which are never replied to except for one in April 23 informing them of a change of address. Is this a scam company?Customer response

I'm writing to express my disappointment with the customer service from **********************. In mid November 2022, I ordered and paid for two t-shirts on Order number ****. To this day (January 24, 2023) I am still waiting to receive these items. In the single email response I received from the owner **** before Christmas, I was told there were some family issues, that they were really busy, but he was working on my order. I can understand all that. At the time of the order, a two or three week delivery period was indicated. If they are prepared to take people's money, they should be prepared to deliver what they ordered. It would take 10 minutes to pack and ship this order. They do not respond to emails and I am not calling them from ******* ****** to chase them for this. This is totally unacceptable! I have no trust in this business and ask that you take what they tell you with a huge grain of salt. I would appreciate anything you can do to get my order either delivered or my money refunded. I requested a custom guitar from this shop and was intially quoted a 2 year wait time. After this time it was extended another 2 years. After this second timeline was missed I requested a refund, repeatedly, via email and over the phone. The business has promised to issue a refund but never sends it.Customer response
