Go Telecare is advertising for franchises in all states and collects anywhere from $20,000-$60,000 for these territories. I joined early and paid them with a guarantee from the president that if I didn't get sales, they would refund amounts. After paying the fees and going thru all mandatory steps of training I have been given zero qualified leads and made no sales. I have written the *** and VP over 20 times since then asking for a refund. The president left shortly after I signed up. He must of known something was very wrong. I have also talked to the *** and VP. Both said they would work with me but never answered the phone or emails after the initial call. This seems very wrong. Many other people have told me they have also paid them and been refused refunds. I ask for your help since they obviously don't care about me. Since this I was in a car accident and had to take off work, and really need this refund to help my family. You can see they still advertise to sell my franchise territory here: ************************************************************************************************ They obviously are only trying to collect people's fees and not be honest.Customer response
