At my school I was offered a special student subscription to the ******************* for $9.99 a month. Included in this subscription offer was daily delivery (including the weekend edition) of the paper edition of the ******************* along with access to the web version of the *******************. My subscription started on 1/5/22 and to date (1/20/22) I have only received one delivery of the paper edition on 1/7/22. I have called the ******************* 4 times to address this delivery issue. Through my phone correspondence with them it was determined that the ****, ****** area distributor of the newspaper was unable to make deliveries to me of the newspaper. I was ultimately given the option to receive the ******************* via the US *************** which I agreed to on 1/18/22. To date (1/20/22) I have yet to receive the ******************* through the mail and now believe that perhaps the ******************* has no method of delivery of it's paper in the ****, ****** area. This being the case, I am either asking for a reduced subscription rate of $1.99 a month for just the web version of the ******************* or am requesting that the ******************* entirely ceases advertising the promotional rate of $9.99 a month nationally for both the web and print version of the *******************. My membership ID is ************ and my order # is ***************.
