My girlfriend Purchased me their "Barsys 2.0" 3 years ago and it never shipped. She emailed and called multiple times with no response and eventually we cancelled the order and got a refund.Flash forward years later, I checked back in and saw that they had a new product, the "360". I thought I would give them another chance and that hopefully they had improved as a company with this new product.I placed my pre-order in mid 2023 for a "Holiday Release". They said I would receive it by Christmas... That didn't happen. Come February, I reached out and got a response from someone claiming to be an account manager, and that he would personally oversee my order and make sure it ships by the end of the month. He even gave me a small refund for the inconvenience. Sounded good to me....That didn't happen either.... I reached out again and was told that this delay was due to the fact that there were a bunch of upgrades that they wanted to do to the units before they shipped them. (although when I asked, they couldn't elaborate on what the upgrades were).Its now the end of May.... Ive called 3 times (no answer), emailed thru their website 3 times and directly to an email I received from their customer service team originally (no replies). I have now requested my full refund.This company appears to be a complete scam which is a shame because the concept for their product seems great. do not purchase anything from them!
