While this hotel seems like a good deal they are quite predatory and no one will get back to you as there is no way to contact the front desk. There is a number to call but it leads to an offsite call center where no one was able to help. I had booked a reservation with them directly on the 21st of June for a stay on the 25th-28th for a total of around 875 for the stay. I got my confirmation email and did not think about my booking until the day we left for our trip at 6am pst as we drove to the airport. When I opened my email to double check all my confirmations I found an email that my reservation had been cancelled because of an error in pricing and I was going to have no where to stay in ********. I read through the email and found a rebooking code and was able to rebook the 26th and 27th at reasonable rates, but for the night we landed at 5pm est they had set that nights price at 1100 for the night. In fact everyone in ********* had. I spent all morning calling the east coast hotel with no answer at the front desk, leaving us in quite the panic, a choice of paying way too much or a park bench. Luckily after an hour of searching in **************** and beyond after landing Ewr and panicking the whole way, we found a night of reservation in ********. Never once did anyone pick up at Yotel. They also have their own cars significantly higher priced than taxis or Uber to take tourists to and from the airports.

Be careful with this hotel; they might cancel your reservation and claim the pricing was an error. They offered me a special new rate that was $400 more for the same room and length of stay.

Irresponsible, management ***** , worst customer service. I tried to resolve my booking issues, which I paid in full twice, with a voucher credit, since May 07 2022. I called, emailed, weekly, monthly till today, September 09,2022. Its a shame no one cares in that establishment. Many professionals out there are qualified to be in current Managment position, dont understand why they arent there to help customers, instead of existing ones

Do not stay here. We booked and paid for our reservation through *********. We printed out our receipt which said, "PAID IN FULL" . However, upon checking in, we were charged a $40 facility fee per night. Normally, a facility fee would include something that is used at the facility. However, this YOTEL has no working ice machines, no luggage storage ( out of service), no free breakfast..... so we paid $160 for nothing. Upon, check out I asked for an itemized list of what the facility fee covers. I was given a list of various businesses close by who offer a discount, such as ************* (luggage hero), comedy club... It is a scam and it is a bait and switch operation. Also, we arrived early and asked hotel to keep our bags. They only have a Out of Order place to keep bags. We were referred to use a luggage hero location. This cost us more money, we spent around $60 a piece for this fee as they charge $4 an hour per bag. I WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE OR USE ANY YOTEL ANYWHERE IN THE ****** This was the most expensive trip with so many hidden fees that I have ever been on!!!!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! If you do , be very mindful of the charges to your credit card on check out. If someone at the desk tells you something is complimentary, record it on video. I was charged $218.06 after I got home and no receipt was ever sent. I dont know what the charge is for and after five phone calls , I still have no answers. I am constantly transferred to extensions that never answer. Promised call backs from managers are still unfulfilled AGAIN, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
