      I am filing a complaint for an order I placed through ******************** order number ****** on August 30. The item I received is defective. It was a rhino block target that I was going to give to my son-in-law as a present, the colors in the target are running, and the item I received does not look the same as the item on their website. I have tried numerous times to email them to request an RMA number to return the defective item and the company has not responded to me. I have also sent them emails as well as messages via their website. The total amount I paid was $222.50. The company does not list a phone number on their website.

      Sept 17, 2021 was date of purchase for a crossbow crank. Order was pushed out several months due to covid. Previously had email contact and received responses typically product has not arrived. Tried calling and emailing prior to 1 year expiring. Where I was previously getting email response, I now get undeliverable email. Phone number goes to voice-mail with no response at all. At this point a refund would be appropriate. As of right now still no product and no refund along with no response.

      I placed an order online on the website for a bow sight and a drop away arrow rest. Then read several reviews of the company being scammers. So I attempted to contact via e-mail and phone. After several attempts and no response I reported it to my CC company as fraudulent.

      Ordered a Ravin 500e crossbow on May 8, 2021. The company that builds the crossbow had parts issues so the distribution of the crossbow was delayed, several times (you can ****** it). I patiently waited until December when I requested my refund back. Total amount of $2,732.64. I have several emails from them while checking on the status of the product. Each time they said it wasn't in and that I could have a refund. Now, they are ignoring my emails. And, they have not paid back my refund. I have emails, invoice and bank statements for the transaction and all my communications with them. The new crossbow is still not available and I have "NOT" recieved my refund. It's been almost 2 months from my initial request for a refund. Owner is *******************. He owns Eders Archery, Bowhunting Outlet and Droptine Spirits (liquor) companies. Nobody answers the phone number they post on theirs websites. ************* I included the invoice, email communications, a screen print of what they show online that the order is packing.I really appreciate your help!********************* *********************

      I ordered a bow case. the description said it was a hard care, it was more nylon. Not what I wanted. I filled out the information on their web site to get a RA# for a return, I have submitted it twice and have heard nothing from them, I also called their number twice ************* the mail box says it is full. I did this within a week and 1/2. I would like some communication from them.Please Help Thank you

      I finally received a refund 2 weeks ago to my credit card for a lesser amount than I was suspose to receive. I have learned my ****** with this company
