Jafton created a software application for me which took 15 months, I was originally told 4-6 months. The migration of the application did not go well and my website was lost in the Cloud. I asked Jafton to help me install the application on my laptop. Also, I needed the ** addresses so I can migrate the application to another host Cloud server. The instructions they sent are no good and they are not helping me anymore. I did a poor review on ******* and might file a claim in small claims court. Thank you for your feedback on our service.We checked our records and see that we finished the project with your approval and gave you the application as promised. Our team has been there to help you and quickly took care of any extra things you needed, even after we finished the project.But, were sorry to tell you that we cant help much now because you deleted your Digital Ocean account and all its data. We dont keep copies of your data after we give you the project. You were in charge of the data the whole time, and the account was yours.We understand this might be a problem for you. But we take client privacy seriously and dont keep data unless you ask us to. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[My program is still not available to me. The program was handed over in April/May of 2023, but I never received a copy. It was handed over to Digital Ocean and I would need to pay to have access. I was never told to not cancel my Digital Ocean account. Also, I specifically asked ***** if Jafton would ever go out of business, could I get a copy of the program, and he said yes. If Jafton does not keep my program on file, then how were you going to make adjustments to my program on the additional idea I had? Both Jafton and Digital Ocean are saying everything is deleted, I have nothing, and Jafton has my $20,000.00. I find this hard to believe that there is no record of my software program anywhere.

However, I attached a copy of my credit card payments showing that I paid Digital Ocean up until Itransferred to Cloudways. I cancelled the account in July. Keep in mind, I was told if would be $25.00 per month,and they were double billing me from December, 2022, until June. I realize you won't help me out and neither will Digital Ocean, and that's why I'm mad. The program took way too long to be handed off to me, the charges from Digital Ocean were not what I was told, and now I have nothing.

We hired Jafton to create a mobile app for us. They have broken the contract multiple times, and are now ignoring ** and holding our mobile app code hostage. The mobile app has many glitches that they refuse to fix, and we have lost income because of their lack of follow through. They are completely unprofessional and we have documentation/evidence to support our claim. They also have threaten us to drop our SOW because they just no longer want to work with us because they charged us less than what they now want. They have asked for us to pay more and they have asked to delete items that were in the scope or work (SOW) and did not complete their job. We have every email sent back and forth from day one and we can send in for review. They also changed the project manager without notice to us and assigned someone with no knowledge that has not been able to do their job correctly.Business Response

The client has an outstanding balance of $5,925 to us. The contract amount was for the total of $37,000. We are planning to send the balance which they promised to cover before August 16th (see screenshot attached) to our collection company Atradius Collections. We've completed everything in our agreed scope and even extended the free support to one more month than we were supposed to (from 90 to 120 days) but the client failed to cover the balance and did not want to engage in a paid support which would have resolved the issue since the issue they are mentioning with ******* has ocurred after the end of the extended free supported period of 120 days on August 16th. Moreover, this issue has to do with the third party company - Twillio which the client is responsible to maintain the account with and we ************************ have no control over.
However, after numerous times our team asked the Client to resolve the issue they acted on it only after the end of the free support period after which we were no longer retained by the Client and their app was long ago launched on the App Store and Play Store.
These claims toward us are false and we demand that they cover their outstanding balance and stop accusing us with the wrong claims. The mobile application is live on both Apple and ****** Stores and we've even given The Client a complimentary website **********************. See the links below:

As you can see from the reply of this company, they continue to lie. This is a very dishonest company who does not follow ethical principles.
Please find attached the Scope of Work and contract agreed upon. As you can see MULTIPLE items were not fulfilled or even completed in working proper function. Jafton has breached the contract multiple times.
We make payments every single week. Not sure how we will be sent to collections when we are currently still paying Jafton!
The reason they extended the support period was because the app was still not fully functioning when they published and each time they published another feature would stop working. Which IS STILL the case. We are being held back by Jafton, we are not able to generate profits/income with Apple iOS because their last "fix" deleted the sign up/upgrade subscription pages.
The reason the app was published "long ago" was because they were already months behind, and they convinced us to push it out there as an "MVP" which was not the original contractual agreement..we agreed so that we could start testing for glitches. However, since the app was incomplete every time they published something, something else would stop working. Please see attached emails for proof.
The company promised to deliver the complete product by Nov **22. They did not do this and we were kind and gave up ** features of the CONTRACT that they broke. They delayed the project and cut corners! They did not do a good job fulfilling their obligations.
The issue the company mentions about Twilio is false, please see attached emails where you can find proof of the first time we asked for help with ****** was before the expiration of the support period. When they FINALLY offered to help I was out of the country and asked if it could wait but their response was for us to handle it ourselves. Still, this was during the support period! As you can see from the attached email they only tried to help after the app stopped working because they failed to follow rules and guidelines from the site.
Please note that after many times telling them the issues which had been brought up before the expiration of support period, they agreed to "extend" but only after we showed proof. Email attached.
As you can visibly see, this company is so bad they don't even double check their spelling, they send emails that are plain rude and they have taken advantage of a small business that is ran by a woman. The fact that they ignore emails is proof of their chauvinistic tendencies. Proof can be submitted to show that the *** answers to my partner who is a male and discriminates against a latino woman!.
Please advise what free website you created. As you can clearly see in MorphZing.com, our website was created by our marketing team. The original website you "created" was all done by me. Jafton did not create the content!!!
