Paid for a Master Spa Bluetooth Manual to be sent to me for a total cost of $9.99, I never received the manual , plus I was charged $18.99 by this company which is fraud on there part. I tried several times to reach out to this company by there e-mail and even attempted to call them on the phone number they listed at my bank, but this ************** is listed to a different company. At this time, I have not been contacted by all-usermanuals.com regarding complaint ID ********. I have not been reimburse or heard anything from this company. This company was suppose to have issued my refund several months ago, and as of this date I have not heard nothing from them at all.

I ordered an American Food Processor user manual from ********************** on January 20, ****. My credit card was charged $18.99. I was informed in an email from All-UserManuals that the manual could not be found. The company said it would continue searching for the manual ..via alternative sources, and notify me in the event we find it. The company does not provide a customer service phone number to call, and I requested an $18.99 refund via email. I never received a refund or reply.Customer response

I ordered a manual for my hp envy computer on 12/4/23. My credit card was charged the same day. I have made numerous attempts to contact company by email as their website does not list phone number. No response to any emails. This manual was to come via download. Never received it. Just want to receive credit for this manual.Customer response

I ordered a manual for a *************** Sewing Machine on September 24, 2023. The money was taken out of my account on the same day.I NEVER received the manual. I sent an e-mail asking where the manual was, and they charged me a second time for $16.99. They never sent me a response to the e-mail they just charged me without my consent. I sent the company an e-mail asking for both payments of $16.99 to be refunded. So far, they have refunded me one of the payments. I want the second payment refunded to me since I have NEVER received the manual that I ordered.Customer response

JULY 10, 2023 Was supposed to be charged $9.99 for a manual, but was charged $16.99 Didn't receive a manual. but received a website only. I printed the message so I would have a copy of the website. I tried the website probably 10 times and always got a message saying NO MATCH FOUND. So I paid $16.99 for NOTHING.!I've emailed them several times about the difference in price and the incorrect website, but so far I.ve only received emails with excuses, I feel I've been ripped off and this company is a total SCAM!Initial Complaint

On Oct 19 2022 I ordered a manual for a microwave oven from all user manuals for $14.99 but never receive it. I have tried to all user manuals web site but it does not give a telephone number or an E-Mail address. I appreciate any help you can give me .Customer response
