Ordered a manual before7am, At7am received e-mail from them that They received my order.At 9:00am I replied to that e-mail to cancel my order. That should have been that.However, at 9:44PM that day they sent me the manual anyway. now they want me to pay for it. I question them several time through e-mail and they refuse to honor the cancel requests some 12+ hours before.Review from Dave P

I tried to order an instruction manual from this company. They emailed me shortly after I placed the order that they could not find it. Three days later they finalized the order and charged my credit card $12.49. I complained to them and they said they would refund me in **** business days. It has now been a month and still no refund. I'm in the process of complaining to them again, but I suspect it is a lost cause. I haven't worked in over 10 years and every single dollar is important to me. Please do something to warn other consumers of this company. Thanks and God Bless.Review from jack v.

i paid all-usermanuals.com and they double charged me $ ***** this was taken out of my account one right after the other. i have tried to get through to contact them but you cannot navigate their websiteReview from Marion C

Based on my experience, I would say this business is a scam. I'd been searching the web for a user guide for an older piece of machinery, to no avail. All-UserManuals.com indicated within seconds that they had the manual I needed. I paid their $9.99 fee and was to receive an email confirmation, and the manual (as a PDF.) It's been 11 days with nothing from them. I emailed an inquiry...crickets. I see now that many others have had bad experiences/scams from this company.Ultimately, I had my credit card company delete the payment from my ****.Regarding the star rating....NO STARS for this waste of time and money!
