      Had a home insurance policy with them for 5 years, no claim filed even once in that time. This year, I had a very large invasive oak tree cut down because it was causing damage to my ******************* and per the arborist, the roots may have already reached my foundation as well. When the tree was cut down, the arborist informed me that there was a small limb that had reached the top of the roof and had rubbed some of the old shingles away. This tree was quite large & had thick foliage. I had limbs trimmed several times, & not once had I been informed that a limb was touching or near the roof. I filed a claim for the damage, it was denied as "negligence" even when this issue was unbeknownst to me until after this giant tree was removed. While the claim was initially being reviewed, a hail storm came through the area & caused additional damage, for which my roofer advised to file another claim. This claim was "approved" but for only 7 shingles. My roofer advised me & the adjuster that the shingles on my roof were so old & also discontinued, that the shingles around the 7 they approved would be damaged & also need replacement in the process. The adjuster stated to us that "maybe if the next hurricane took off the entire roof, ******* would replace it", & proceeded to laugh at us. I paid more into these 5 policies than the roof replacement would have cost. It makes no sense to pay into something if the one time you need to use the policy they deny at every angle & basically laugh in your face. They have recently sent me a renewal offer for $1k over last year's price, & have EXCLUDED roof replacement and wind/hail damage from the coverage when this is something they should have already taken care of. Needless to say, I will not be renewing a 6th time, this is a pathetic, money hungry company, & should be shut down immediately before anyone else falls victim to their greed.

      On 03/11/2022, I filed a claim( property address **********************************************************) on my roof after a storm. **************************************************** gave me a claim number ***** RRI- I for the roof damage. We had to hire a public adjuster since the insurance was not responding to a supplemental claim to pay for the decking. We were awarded money( see attached) for the decking on 07/25/2022. The company mailed the check on 08/11/2022 which was received about 10 days later.On 07/28/2022 , another strong storm hit ******* at more that 30 miles per hour with flash flood. At that date the roof was still covered by a brand new tarp. The storm destroyed the tarp and the whole house was flooded from roof to bottom destroying everything including but not limited to walls furniture, computers, medical supplies We called ******************** to get a new claim number and we also called ***** main claim number and they put the water damage incident under the same claim number that was closed after the adjustor decision. They denied the water damage claim. I tried several times to get a new claim number for the water damage incident but in vain.Of course they will not give me a new claim number so that I can Not hire a public adjustor for the water damage In Short NEVER use them they deny and ignore you
