On February 14, 2022 I made an on-line purchase from Moro (Welivv) for a chair for $254.70, the store charged me immediately (usually they don't charge until after an item ships). Their website indicated the chair was in stock (currently the chair is on-line and their website states 6-8 weeks for delivery). I have been waiting 12 months. I was able to contact the store via e-mail several times (in 2022 March, April, August, November) in the last 12 months and they would issue a delayed reply (after several follow up emails from me) with a reason for the delayed shipment (pertaining to COVID delays, supply line issues, import issues with CBP, etc...).Most recently I have attempted to call them on the customer service # on their website *************), but there is no answer, I have also e-mailed them on the email listed on their website **************** but I receive an automatic message that reads "your message wasn't delivered because the address could not be found, or is unable to receive mail". I have recently read several on-line reviews of other customers having the same issues. At this point I believe the store, if they are even a legitimate business, has no intention of shipping the merchandise or refunding my order.Customer response

I ordered 2 mirrors and was told they were on backorder so I would not get them until 6 weeks later. After that, every time I emailed and asked where they were, I was told they were still on back order. I finally asked for a refund around June. They said I should just file a dispute with my bank. I did that, and the bank denied my request because too much time had passed. I asked again for a refund and they asked for my bank account and routing number to fulfill a refund. Its almost been a year since I placed the order and I still have no refund and no mirrors.
