      Hello,Order Number: *********** I have not received my order because the Intelcom send to me a message with a picture of the Order delivered in front of my door.At 1h57 I arrived home from work at 5h15 the order disappeared, when I called the Intelcom the lady said if Im not found it someone steal it . I write to you to know when I will receive my order please.

      This complaint is regarding Order #********* from Saks.I paid approximately $115 CAD for items that arrived broken and filthy! It took 2 months and countless hours of my time to get a proper response from borderfree / saks and I finally received a refund from borderfree via paypal on May 1st and they shorted me approximately $11! They did nothing to help me with my return and even lied to paypal about getting in touch with me when they didnt! Now they have the nerve to short me money for my refund with zero warning or explanation! I called Saks this morning and they told me its "Commission" money. You arent entitled to any commission money on botched orders!!! Is this even legal?? I am asking you nicely to return the amount you have withheld in FULL.

I am reaching out concerning my recent order (Order #*********** - AWB #**********) with borderfree.com, which was returned to the shipper on Dec 26th.Despite receiving assurances from ************** customer service representatives that I would be kept informed through timely updates regarding my refund request, I have not received any substantive communication on this matter. I am now seeking your assistance in expediting the refund process for the cost of the items included in this order, as these items were returned.Your prompt attention and support in this matter would be highly appreciated.Best regards,

      Hello,I was searching an ******** website, which came up, rather than the ******** version. When I realized that I was on the wrong site, I exited. Then our **** bill came I was charged with $100 for Borderfree. I do not want it or need it. I want it cancelled and the money refunded

      Musicians ********** offers international orders thru borderfree, and states if you order on backorder you will not be charged until the item has shipped. Borderfree charged me immediately. Then I canceled my order. Even though it is canceled they re billed me and now I cannot get in touch with them. Thieves.

      I placed an order on March 27, 2023, I had put an order for $2027.01. My order number was BEBE* ******.After multiple unsuccessful attempts to contact Borderfree for a purchase on ****'s website, a representative finally got back to me and stated that I needed to contact my bank and request that they release the hold on the funds. I did so, the bank however informed me that the funds were not on hold but had been withdrawn from the account from ********** and that they are unable to reverse the transaction since the funds have left the account.At this time, I still do not have the funds from this cancelled purchase which was made in March 27, 2023. I have now been waiting to get back my funds for more than two months. This is unacceptable and unethical. The funds should have been returned immediately upon cancelling the order, however this was not the case. I was forced to spend countless hours via phone and in person with my bank.Consequently, an investigation was launched by the bank in order to track the funds and get to the bottom of this debacle. The result of the investigation concluded that the funds had already been withdrawn by Borderfree/**** as previously stated above. The fact that one would have to spend this much time and effort to return what was rightfully theirs is nothing short of a crime. This dishonestly that was displayed by Borderfree and Bebe is an atrocity which has caused much pain and suffering to me, the consumer. I demand that the funds be refunded immediately without delay in order to prevent further escalation of this matter.

      My package has been held up by the Customs for over 2 weeks and Borderfee failed to provide the necessary assistance for them to clear Customs. All tax ad duty had been paid to Borderfree when I placed the order. I'd like the package to be delivered ASAP.
