I hired a web designer service through the platform and made the payment via Pix, but the Fiverr platform simply does not acknowledge the receipt of the amount. I contacted DLOCAL, which is the intermediary, and they sent me a confirmation of the payment, indicating that Fiverr has received it. The support DOES NOT WORK, they don't respond, it's terrible. I had an urgent need for the work, and I missed deadlines. This is disrespectful.Review from Mark D

I spent $3,000 for an application to be programmed and created, found out when it came to submitting the app to the app store, nothing was done. I then tried to request a refund but Fiverr customer service said that it's too late, even though I pleaded with them that nothing was done by the 3rd party vendor. Fiverr still refuses and offered me a $1,000 credit. Fiverr do not vet the companies that they allow to do work on their platform. This is one of the worse experiences that I've had with any company and they don't want to take any responsibility for their actions. Please be careful using this company's platform and I don't recommend then to anyone.Review from Roger C

We hired a vendor to create a game for us on this website. The vendor never provided any work. The vendors account was suspended. By the time we realized what had happened Fiverr said we were outside the 14 day grace ****** to request a refund. **************** was not helpful or even sorry that we were scammed out of 800 dollars. Now that I have reviewed other complaints it seems that being scammed on this website is common practice.Review from Christy E

Fiverr does not care about their sellers that make them money. They allowed a fraudulent buyer put a one star review on my account that was in good standing and a level 2 seller. They took the side of the buyer without listening to me, the seller that has been working on their platform for four years. The buyer even verbally assaulted me and they allowed her to stay on the platform. They care so little that their customer service sends clearly automated robotic messages. I have been insulted and verbally assaulted many times by buyers and Fiverr continues to do nothing. They are a disgusting money hungry organization and no one should ever take them seriously.Review from Stephanie H

I was charged through my PayPal account for services I did not request or receive. I had to file a dispute with PayPal and wait for an investigation. Fiverr somehow got my debit card. This company is fraudulent. I'm waiting for my refund.Review from Alexander N

Fiverr detemined that my first gig violated their Terms of Service, and refuse to give an explanation. They subsequently banned me from selling on Fiverr altogether, again with no explanation of any wrongdoing.Review from Danica T

I engaged a seller in 2020 to help me with reputation management services. The seller set up illegal ******** account in my name and started to post on that account supporting his other clients. I am certain it's this seller because he is the only one with the set of pictures on ******** that I sent him. I can no longer access those pictures from my account because the links to the attachment have expired on my account, but ***** has does it.Rather than doing a basic investigation of the seller, Fivvr closed the issue without investigation. The busness openly supports illegal activity on its site, and should be investigated.Review from Megan R

Scammers!These people claim they can help market a product. But all they do is take your money, your product and claim it as their own. Never ever ever trust someone with a Fiverr link on their profile.These fake profiles jump into any inbox they can to try to scam others. It's like the "we're trying to reach you about your car's extended warranty" but for ******** and other social media sites. This is just the latest of their scams. A brand new profile joins as many groups on ******** as possible. Then goes through the groups members and messages whoever they can. They cannot even call a person by name in the message or confirm they even know who or what they are talking about. This place needs to be sued for all the money they have stolen from people. This place needs to be shut down and their people flogged in the streets for how horrible they are to others on social media just because they won't fall for their scams.These people are crooks and scammers, lower than the bottom feeders in the most polluted pond in the world.Review from Alex D

Fiverr is very unprofessional with their approach regarding a flag that was posted towards my gig and said we were in violation because of a trigger word Fiverr said we went against their rules and guidelines, but a violation was no were to be found and it's a sign of discrimination because we asked numerous times when was this violation was made and the response was the same are team is reviewing your account it could take up to 60 days
