spend $199 , listened 2 recommendations to trade options, lost total $800. this guy don't know how to trade options. stay away. asked for my refund, when I told them I lost $800, they kept silence.

We honored the users request by giving a full refund of $199 within 3 days (i.e. on Dec 9 2023) and cancelling the subscription. To Whom It May ********** sincerely appreciate this platform for bringing us the opportunity to respond.Just providing you with the nature of our publications - In order for the profit/loss to be calculated, the trade recommendation has to be both opened and closed. The customer was part of our customer family for a very short time. After a few days, the customer canceled and we refunded him the full amount. During those few days, he received one open-trade recommendation. That recommendation still remains open. We have not published the closed-out recommendation yet. Therefore, the customer can not claim that the recommendation made him lose the money because the close-out recommendation has not been published yet. In our opinion, that recommendation will likely do well. Thats why we have not published the close-out recommendation yet. We understand that there might be some confusion. We have already refunded the charge of $199 within a short period after he signed up. Hence, StockEarnings holds no liability towards this customer.
