This recent experience with the Growth and Income REIT highlights the dangers of blindly trusting advertised "target rates." Investors deserve honest and transparent information, not misleading promises. Be wary of investment "target rates" that paint an unrealistic picture. My case in point: the Growth and Income REIT. They lured investors with promises of 11-12% returns, even though they were already well aware of the precarious economic climate. Despite facing known economic hardships like high interest rates and a slumped property market and acknowledging that they knew about this, they continued to promote 11-12% returns. When the time came to pay dividends, they conveniently blamed the economic challenges for their failure to deliver. This deliberate misinformation, even when they were aware of the negative environment, is a huge red flag. ***** returns are expected, but outright fabricating information betrays investor trust. When reality caught up, they blamed their empty promises on external factors, conveniently ignoring their own prior knowledge. This blatant disregard for transparency is inexcusable. My trust is broken, and will let others decide on their own when it comes to the level of trust for such investments. This lack of transparency raises serious concerns about their trustworthiness. No more investments for me here!

Dont do it. They were transparency and are being sued multiple times. I have invested over $700,000 and have a ****% return. Its probably going to be worse because some of this money I will never get back.I think theyre advertising. It is BS and they over state what they think they will get on a return. You are seriously better off just putting your money in treasury funds or the stock market. I hope I get mine back someday.

I have been with YieldStreet for several years. I love the variety of investment possibilities and flexibility. I have invested in many different offerings and found YieldStreet to be very easy and reliable to deal with. Whenever I have a question they respond very quickly, normally with a phone call. I appreciate the diversification YieldStreet gives me and especially appreciate the returns I have realized over the past few years. Thank you

Do not invest! I unfortunately had moderate success in 2019-20 which lead me to invest in about 20 projects most of which promised quarterly distributions. 2 years later and 13 of them have zero distributions and the ones that do are at best perfoming at 50% of projections. I have one project that is in foreclosure. They have the audactiy to send status reports that the investments which are providing zero returns are performing. Their client reps use abusive misdirection tactics to make you think that you are the one who doesn't understand investments and performance. Their marketing completely misrepresents everything because of the claims that the investments are performing. I am so upset that I put a good chunk of money in with them. Nothing is safe and nothing is secure. Stay away.

Company is totally inept. The vessel deconstruction deals are a DISASTER. The company should have sued every advisor to recover investors money. Instead they are chasing around *************** for the crooks. The transaction should have been insured and the insurer should have paid the investors. They should have their security licenses revoked and put out of businesses for the manner in which they handle things. Others have gone to jail for lesser crimes. STAY AWAY!!!

They withdraw your funds two weeks before they invest them and keep them for 2 more weeks before paying you back after maturity. Be careful- hope it is not a pyramid scheme.
