    I purchased ******************** Halo earrings for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. It had .5 carat diamonds in each. She loved them! All is well in the universe.

    I am extremely pleased with my experience with Rare Carat. I am definitely not a high roller. But I wanted to purchase a very nice diamond for my fianc's engagement ring. I found a 1.10 ct, D color, VVS1 clarity. Even the jeweler who sold me the ring had to admit that it was a very nice diamond. I got it for 22% less than the jeweler had quoted me for a comparable stone. It took nearly two weeks to receive it, but that was clearly stated up-front. When it did arrive, it was packaged securely and shipped via ***** Priority. No surprises and everything went *************'s what really impressed me about Rare Carat: Before I even finalized my order, I received an email from their CEO. He and I swapped several emails over the course of my transaction. That level of personalized service, from the CEO no less, really impressed me. So, believe the large number of outstanding reviews that you'll find for Rare Carat. I was skeptical at first. It was far more money than I had ever spent on a sight-unseen online purchase. Heck, it was more than I spent on my first new car (I'm old). But what a pleasurable experience it was. An absolutely top-notch online purchase. Buy with confidence and tell ****, the CEO, that *** in ******* recommended Rare Carat!

    My fiance purchased my ring from Rare Carat and it is absolutely STUNNING. We received a certificate that included a full report of the diamond. It was a half size too large so I also experienced the resizing process. Almost instantly upon my inquiry I received a response and detailed instructions. The whole thing was seamless and everyone in the company has been so ********** addition, I began looking for our wedding bands. By simply sharing the order number of my engagement ring, one of the gemologists was able to share the perfect matching band for my ring. I am thrilled that my fiance chose Rare Carat for my ring.

    I was a little hesitant buying online, but the prices and quality exceeded anything I could find after shopping around in person. I was thrilled with the customer service experience when I had questions about my choice, and I ended up selecting a custom setting that I liked so much more than the standard settings I've seen in person. This is a big purchase so customer service and responsiveness make a big difference. I will definitely recommend Rare Carat to my friends in the future and I can confidently say it's a safe & reliable option, and the best option for me. If you care about specs, details, and getting exactly what you want, buying a diamond online is the only choice. The CEO personally helped answer a lot of my questions and I highly recommend buying here. I also will say that when buying a larger natural diamond, many jewelers will not have stock, so it's comforting to see detailed pictures and the *** certs of the available inventory. When shopping in-person, I had to call jewelers 3-4 days in advance so they could get inventory in-house, then take a whole day to view the diamond. Rare Carat's selection of colorless diamonds with high clarity really impressed me as well.

    Diamonds are a luxury. Nobody needs to buy one, so when shopping for a diamond, you will likely be treated extremely well by the jeweler. My experience buying from Rare Carat (RC) was excellent. For several years I had been casually looking for a ring comparable to one I lost that was within my budget. Their website makes it easy to compare all the attributes of different diamonds and I ultimately selected a 1.9 ct natural diamond. Buying before seeing the ring in person was a little scary, but the ability to return it was extremely reassuring. When my ring arrived it was absolutely gorgeous, even better than I couldve anticipated! But post-sale is where Rare Carat REALLY shines. Fast-forward nine months, and my diamond escaped the prongs. I was lucky to find the stone and took it to a jeweler who was concerned the prongs were inadequate for the size of the stone. When I contacted RC, they responded immediately. We had several pleasant and courteous email communications (they offered a phone call too) and provided me with multiple generous options to remedy the situation. I requested a totally different solution and they swiftly agreed, much to my delight. I have worked in a very customer service oriented industry for 29 years. The service and support I received from Rare Carat AFTER the sale speaks volumes about the company and far exceeded my expectations. Please know you can shop with confidence at **.     Great quality and great service. Made multiple changes to the ring with size and swapped out the diamond. They were patient, quick to respond and hassle free returns. I bought a wedding band for me and my fianc since they were so great. Very happy overall
