This brand is negligent at best and deceptive at worst. Ordered 2 solid gold necklaces. Prior to ordering, I emailed with their team about the weight of one product because it was absent from the website, and went with the website's description of the weight for the second product. BOTH necklaces did not even remotely match what was promised! One necklace was OVER 10 grams UNDER the weight promised. And the other was 5 grams underweight. When I emailed photos of the pieces on the scale, in addition to their own team's communication, they literally said nothing only that they were sorry it was mis-represented. They then followed up with an "updated" weight for one of the products I had and it was STILL grossly overestimating the weight by several grams. Which was baffling because...I literally showed them the product on the scale. The website still shows the incorrect weights! Just wow. This must be against the law?Aurate New York

I ordered 6 pieces in total: 3 rings, a pair of earrings, and a chain extender. Everything is of low quality, first of all, with the rings arriving warped and the gold vermeil looking like a cheap coating. The chain extender came without a clasp. They agreed to let me send it back for a refund. Then one of the rings, the thin stacker ring, looks nothing like whats shown online. It is about the width of a hair and arrived warped. At that time I decided to just deal with the fact that the company is a scam. They are pricing the tiniest sliver of gold like an actual gold piece, making it appear way thicker in photos online than it is in person. But then after wearing it just a handful of times it snapped in half. Now they are refusing to provide a refund and insisting they can only repair it. I do not trust that something of such low quality can be repaired and wont just snap again. It all feels like cheap junk jewelry and the brand refuses a refund when theres such obvious quality control issues. Notice Im not trying to return an item I am merely disappointed in. I am trying to return something that broke in less than two months of owning it. I mean they forgot to put a CLASP on a chain extender, and sent it out like that. ZERO quality control. Stay far away from this company. There are way better brands that actually take pride in quality and will offer refunds when there are clear quality defects. Again this isnt a sturdy piece of jewelry that can be repaired. Its a band that was sent out the door no thicker than a single piece of hair and made to look at least 3 times thicker than it is in photos.Aurate New York

Ordered a bracket in October 2024, it came and it was smaller than expected. Returned it and ordered a necklace, again smaller than expected. Returned for a refund and now theyre saying that its past the ************************************************************** for my purchase. Theyre offering me a gift card with an extra 10% to order something new. Funny thing is nothing fits or they dont have my size. I dont want anything else I just want my money! Hi there,We have explained to the customer as their order for Blue Sapphire Baguette Tennis Bracelet (order #******) was fulfilled on October 8, 2024, they had until October 22nd to request a return for a refund to the original type of payment according to our Returns Policy available in our website. ********************************************************************************* As they submitted their return request on October 31st, they had the exchange option only available to receive a different item or a gift card with an extra 10% of what they had paid, which was the option the chose.Then they later used the gift card to place order #****** on November 26, 2024 paying an additional $40.61 USD to fully cover the order. They sent me a broken necklace, refused to accept a return, and charged me to get it fixed. I purchased a necklace for my wife for Christmas in Late October. When she opened it, the chain was broken. Aurate refused to allow me to return it because they only accept returns 30 days after purchase. I explained the concept of Christmas gifting, but they were not interested. They said I had to pay $14 to have it repaired, and it would take 6 weeks. Summary: Order jewelry for Christmas for my wife. It arrives broken. Aurate refuses to take it back., They charge me an additional $14 and make my wife wait 6 weeks to get a non-broken version of what I ordered.Aurate New York

Hi there,We explained to Mr. ********* we would be more than happy to honor the Lifetime Guarantee to have their Pearl *** et Moi Necklace repaired as a refund was no longer available according to our policies. Their order #****** was fulfilled on October 21, which they had until November 4th to return for a cash refund, or until November 18th to exchange for store credit or another piece of jewelry. I received a very poor quality item, despite being marketed and priced as a high quality item. Hard to tell over the internet and they do not stand behind their quality. I cannot get a refund or even a partial refund for the cost difference between the expensive item I bought and another product. They know they sell poor quality items at an outrageous price and they keep their "policies" set to ******* customers. I hope they go out of business soon.Aurate New York

Purchased a tennis bracelet from Aurate NY which I ultimately returned recently because every time I looked at the diamonds on the bracelet I just kept thinking the diamonds looked cloudy, and significantly lacked the sparkle and clarity I see in my other diamond jewellery (*************** and ****************************). So then I went back to their website to see what the grade the diamonds they use are it says SI3 Of course I then started to do MORE research to see exactly what SI3 diamonds are thats not a grade Id ever heard of nor was familiar with come to find out, it is not a grade for diamonds and is actually I1 or I2 grade diamonds. This is disappointing mostly because of the price they're charging for those bracelets -- they're selling poor/low quality diamonds for a high price (selling I grade diamonds at SI grade prices). Now I have a store credit I'll likely never use, because I no longer trust that they're selling me quality pieces for the amount of money that I spend on them.Aurate New York

Sometime single is a single pair of earrings and sometimes it's a single earring. Buyer beware. I purchased a pair of earrings final sale only to discover I had bought a single earring. **************** was very responsive, but ultimately unhelpful. I was given the option of buying a second earring for almost $100; I had already paid close to $70 for a single earring (thinking it was a pair). As a final sale purchase, I have no recourse but to pay for a second earring or waste the money I've already spent - this is predatory.Aurate New York

They hide negative reviews from their site. I wrote a review and it's been 6 weeks and they haven't posted it (yes they've posted reviews from just a few weeks ago). Their gold vermeil comes off completely, in less than a month you'll have a silver ring. They don't send a replacement, they offer you the opportunity to send it back and wait months to get it back without any replacement in the meantime.Aurate New York
