I lost a stone in the tanzanite ring I bought in GrandTurk and I contacted DiamondsInternational and ***** did a fabulous job in helping me get it replaced.I cant say enough about her as she called me or emailed me on exactly what I needed to do to get the stone replaced. She followed through from the very start of my questions to the final day of me receiving the fixed ring. She is fantastic..Review from Cathy R

When we bought a ring they said we were getting 2 free gifts, but were charged for both. The size of ring was off and they supposedly fixed it, but didnt. They were to contact us as soon as we got home to get it fixed, as per ******* on our ****** Cruise, but that never happened either. Feel used and scammedReview from Stacey K

we purchase a ring while on a cruise like so many. It is a small sapphire ring with a "crown of light" in the center. This ring has lost sapphires twice now since it's purchase. Both times I have sent it for repairs has cost me more money, but at least both times I have worked with ****************** She has been understanding and easy to work with. I will hopefully never have to send the ring back a 3rd time, but if I do I hope I get to work with ******* again (she it the reason for the higher rating).Review from Vicki K

May 2024 We recently cruised the Mediterranean and purchased a ring at the Diamonds International store on board the ship. The ring is beautiful but needed resizing. ******* contacted me when we returned home and provided customer service that exceeded all expectations. She kept me updated throughout the process and answered all questions with kindness and patience. My ring was returned to me in beautiful shape, and it fits perfectly. Mislead on interest rate. Was told that it would be 0% APR for 3 years, but, at 2 years we were charged over $4000cin interest. We called them and they said it was 2 years. Looking back they are very shady and deceptive. I would have NEVER done business with them if this because of the way we were treated and the lies they told. My girlfriend made 2 purchases from this company, also had items INDEPENDENTLY APPRAISED.She found out that the diamonds in the rings she bought were not correct in the documents she received. Tried to give it back and they said NO, but an opportunity for an upgrade was given, in which she did not take. The rings she bought were thousands of dollars less than what was paid for them. We suggest that every purchase you make from this company, you get INDEPENDENTLY APPRAISED so you dont spend more for something thats not worth it.Review from Tonya M

This company provided incredible customer service on a ring I purchased on a cruise last year. ***, my customer service rep, was incredibly professional and took care of me and my ring every step of the way. The customer service I received from ******* was outstanding. I purchased a ring on a cruise and requested a return, however, that was not an option but an exchange was offered. She handled everything professionally and efficiently. She kept me abreast of everything that was happening.
