this company is a scam. they send me a piece of jewelry that was vending machine quality and when i asked to return it, they claimed they accidentally sent the wrong thing! then the return took over a month to process, after a full week of the run-around they agreed to take it back, then kept my money for another 3 weeks. total scam. do not buy from this company.

I would give -5 stars if possible .. The way Ive been treated & my issue still hasnt been resolved! I purchased the 28inch 8.5mm hollow diamond cut Cuban. (This chain was rarely worn but I noticed cracks in the diamond cut design on some of the links). The chain has a lifetime warranty.I messaged Frost & got the info of where to send my chain to have it repaired. When I received my chain back, it was completely ruined! It looked worse than when I sent it in, so I emailed Frost They apologized, said to send it back & they will fix it. I did for the 2nd time but it was still not repaired when I received it back There were still cracks, the diamond cuts of the repaired links were gone & had pinholes! So I emailed Frost again, we went back & forth, I was even accused of ruining my own chain, then told my chain wasnt repairable & thats the best they could do ?? I asked why none of this was communicated to me before sending the chain back & reminded them of their own policy (IF IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED THEN IT WILL BE REPLACED!) They agreed to send me a replacement but no longer make it in 8.5mm. So they offered me the 8mm semi-solid diamond cut. I agreed & sent my chain back for the 3rd time. I received the replacement chain BUT THEY SENT ME A SMALLER ONE! NOT THE ***** WE AGREED ON (8mm) BUT A 7.5MM I MESSAGED AGAIN & NOW IM BEING IGNORED BY ***** & THE SUPPORT TEAM! After absolute trash customer service, them not communicating at all, then being blamed for their bad craftsmanship & being sent the wrong chain 3 times, now ** getting ignored After everything thats happened, ruining my original chain sending it back ruined twice..being rude to me now send a 7.5mm WTF?! This is how loyal customers get treated Clowned 4 times, I have the wrong chain and now they arent responding... Wow, real professional Frost I sent my chain in for repair on 04/12/2024. Today is 07/09/2024 . Still Not resolved
