I ordered a 14k White **** 7mm Heart Blue Topaz A Real Diamond ring, Size: 8:Order #********** for $250.12 from ********** I had ordered a pair of earrings before this and received them, albeit with some glitches. When I checked on the progress of my order, I noticed that all the items for sale on the website were listed as sold out. I emailed and called the business but received no answer so far.Business response

I have been informed by Goldia's tech that there was a computer clitch that caused the items listed for sale on its website to show that they were sold out. I am waiting to see iwithin 3 eeks time that wthe order for the ring i bought will be processed. Until then, i have no more to add to this complaint. ********Business response

I placed an order April 1st, but after multiple calls no answer. Goldia replied via text once stating this was goldia and no other communications after providing them with the order number. The website stated 7-9 business days for processing however received no follow-up communication on order status as of April 16. Would have been willing to work with customer service but failed to communicate. Buyer beware.ORDER *******Business response

Ordered on April 1st, reached out to the company via phone over multiple days with no response. Finally, five days got a response via text on April 16th, however after providing company with order number no other response was received. Unable to get information in regards to order status or shipping info.

The company allows for up to nine business days for manufacturing/processing. I informed the company I was willing to give them to Friday, yesterday (April 17th) before escalating the issue to PayPal for a full refund due to failing to meet the nine-day timeframe which would have been the 11th of April.

I need help receiving my refund. Goldia of NY received the item back on November 18th. My order was #****. PayPal has the dispute on hold because Goldia of NY refuses to respond that they received the ring. I paid for ***** to receive a delivery signature (tracking is pic #3). The item is a ring. I paid $4229.50 for the ring and a separate amount of $1570. for upgraded diamonds. I received the refund of $1570. from PayPal but because $4229.50 is such a large amount they will not release it until Goldia of NY responds. The ring was not as described. It was remade- they website stated "pre-owned". Goldia of NY remade the ring with less gold. You can see the attached picture of what they advertised (pic #6) compared to what I received (pic #7) . I have attached both receipts (pic 1&2). I am requesting a full refund as it was not what was advertised. Even an untrained eye can see they are not the same.Business response

Customer ordered a custom diamond ring, before we started we informed that there would be a 15% restocking fee if the custom diamond ring order is returned for "Any Reason". Customer agreed. Customer is comparing our ring to another retailers item. We never promised the customer to send an identical ring. We agreed to make refund less 15% however they want to get full refund. We refused. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:If I received the ring that they advertised in the picture that states "pre-owned" which means already made (like the picture) I would agree to the 15% restocking fee. BUT I did not receive what I ordered. I would never agree to pay a business over $6,000. and allow them to send me whatever they want. I expected to receive exactly what I saw advertised on their website. I am sending an image of my receipt (pic #2) with the item description and picture. I have included the business link (see below) that matches my receipt. I also attached pictures of the item I was supposed to receive (from their website- which states "previously owned"- pic # 6). I paid extra for the upgraded diamonds (I already received the refund of $1,570. from PayPal for the upgraded diamonds). The only thing that was supposed to change was the quality of diamonds and they had to resize the ring.The business advertised a "pre-owned" ring. That is what I should have received besides the upgraded diamonds. The setting I received looks nothing like what I ordered. I AM NOT COMPARING the ring to another company. I AM SENDING PICTURES OF THE RING I RECEIVED FROM THEM (pic # ** and # **). Even the business cannot recognize the item they sent me because it LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT I ORDERED.Please review the pictures. You can see the business website and the item I ordered with MY matching receipt. You can also view the pictures of different angles of the ring they sent me. The business remade the entire ring with ALOT less gold. It looks cheap. There are gaps on the ring where there should be gold (pic #** and #**). You can see (even with an untrained eye) that the ring that they sent does not look like what they advertise (pic # 6). The edges are pointy and dig into the skin (pic # **). The diamonds overlap the setting and WILL fall off if they are hit. Please look at my pictures of THE RING THEY SENT ME compared to WHAT I PURCHASED and what they advertise. I am not a disgruntled consumer. I Wanted this ring. I am really disappointed in what I received. There was never an agreement of them remaking the ring. They were only supposed to resize and change the diamonds out. That should not have changed the look of the ring. I placed an order but it has not been shipped and my emails have not been answered. When you try to call them it says the mailbox is full. They claim its an ongoing phone issue. They also try to bait you into leaving a good review by offering $5 off before they even ship anything. This all seems to much like a scam. I should have looked at the horrible reviews they have on line before ordering.Customer response

I ordered a ring from this company over a month ago, and it was never received, a tracking number was never received either. I reached out to the company and they were no help. I reported this to my bank to get my money back and they and paypal (the processing company for the merchant) agreed in my favor. This morning I received an email from this company, threatening me to go to the police about this matter. I emailed back saying I will be fully cooperative regarding this matter. I consider this harassment as the banks and merchants processing system deemed this in my favor. I wanted to complain here first, because my next visit will be to my county court and I will *** them, if they dont accept the decision made by THEIR bank and my bank as well.Business response

We never threaten our customers.
The customer claims that their diamond ring order from our website with more than $1000 in value went missing despite the *** tracking showing as delivered.
We advised them that the package is fully insured against theft and loss by *** and we have to open a missing package claim with the courier company. Surveillance records may be requested if needed by the local security authorities. This is the routine and legal procedure to find missing packages. Customer agreed to help and share surveillance in their email response.
