Green diamonds arent very common. I was happy to find Jewelry Point by happenstance. Quite a large selection. Im always leery online shopping for jewelry because pictures can be deceiving. I took a chance. Ordering was easy, I was kept up to date on my order and had the product in my hand in 2 weeks. Pictures dont do it justice. By far one of my favorite pieces. I originally reached out a little over a year ago about a custom wedding ring but we had to wait on ordering it. This year I followed up on my original emails and was able to pick up exactly where I left off and couldn't be happier. ***** reached out before making the ring to ensure I was happy with the color of stone I requested, and offered substitutes that were closer matches to what I had in mind (I was trying to match some of the stones to the color of my temporary wedding band) . It was no trouble to swap to a sapphire option he suggested and I had the ring within about a week. It is gorgeous! My matching engagement ring is from them as well and was purchased around 2016 and is still in great shape. 10/10 for customer service, product quality, and overall happiness with my purchase.

The ring that ***** made for me exceeded my expectations! It was beautiful and well crafted. A real work of art. Dealing with him was great. Very responsive and helpful. The ring was made in a very timely manner and dealing with him was a real pleasure. I highly recommend!Jewelry Point Response

My wife ordered a men’s wedding band in one size. We decided to go a half size smaller, given that I’m losing weight. However, given the amount of weight I’m losing, I decided to cancel my order as we do not know where my finger size will end up. This ring was very expensive and I was a bit nervous calling to cancel. I spoke with ***** and he was very understanding. He spoke with me about options for sizing rings and was very kind in his tone. I understood what he was saying, unlike another jeweler here in *** ******* that wasn’t as clear when I purchased my previous ring. I will be back to purchase from ***** and Jewlery Point. 100% No question about it. This, my friends, is great customer service and great communication.Jewelry Point Response
