      The nature of my complaint, in short, as follows: I entered into an agreement with TrueFace to consign a necklace some 3 years ago - I was sent a link to the listing on May 14, 2021. TrueFacet listed the necklace for almost two years without a sale. At that point, I requested to have it returned. TrueFacet agreed (on April 17, 2023; email communication with **************) to return the necklace if I provided them with a mailing address, which I did. TrueFacet never returned the necklace or provided a tracking number, and never responded to my attempts to follow-up (most recently, I sent emails on Feb. 9, 2024; May 9, 2024, and May 20, 2024). I have no idea where my necklace is and I have not been compensated in any way. It is no longer listed on TrueFacet's website and I have been unable to get in contact with the company over email, telephone, or web form. I seek to be compensated by either having my item returned - at long last, more than a year after I first requested to have it returned - or being given the necklace's monetary value if the company lost it.

      I purchased jewelry from their website and the purchase has been "pending" for a long time. They have not returned over 5 emails and calls to their 'support line' are unanswered. ********* is my order number.

      TrueFacet returned my rings they consigned for me but failed to return the paperwork that is necessary for the resale of the items, including an official letter from ************ confirming the authenticity of the engagement ring, jewelry appraisal, and a pamphlet provided by ************ with all of the diamond serial numbers and quality information.

      Initial transaction on January 24 ***** . I mailed a luxury watch to them , appraised by them at $ ***** .They acknowledged receipt and has been posted in their website to be sold. Since the beginning of August I attempted to negotiate a buy out . They acknowledged my request in email and offer a price of $2500 to which I agreed on 9/11/2023 following one month of numerous emails and phone calls that were not answered.On 9/11/2023 I received an email agreeing on the sale price above. Since them I have sent one to four emails per week without answer . No response on their phone lines as well. I have documentation on my end of all the emails . Please help me I include link from their website with my property **************************************************************************************

      Hi,I emailed this business back in November, where they listed my items for sale (ring and bracelet) in December 2022. I been patiently waiting and checked in a few times in June to see if my items have sold via email. On August 17, 2023, I reached out because on their website it shows that the item (bracelet) has sold. ************** responded back via email on August 23 and mentioned that the customer cancelled the sale and that this would be reposted on their site again. I sent ***** back an email on September 4 asking for all my items back (the ring and bracelet along with all the paperwork/boxes) with my mailing address because I found a buyer myself. I asked for the ring to be shipped back first, because ***** mentioned the bracelet is pending sale (which I still never heard back from if this sold or not). I sent ***** an email on September 22, 2023 and on October 2, 2023 but I have not heard back on any update on my items. I called many many times throughout their open operational hours on all weekdays. The phone number provided on the website just hangs up on you every 15 minutes, you cannot leave a voicemail or anything, so you will never contact anyone or talk to someone live. I am worried my items are sold or stolen and that I would never get them back, I regret listing them because these are high end items and with the lack of responses, I don't know what they would say since it's been this long already.As of today 10/3/23 (the bracelet shows available to buy on their website & now the ring shows that it's sold after I asked for it back since 9/5/23)Please help and see if you can get any contact through to their customer service. I would hate to everyone posting up their luxury goods and never knowing what happened to the items. I just want my items to be sent back to me.

      Several years ago (not certain the date) I sent a ******* watch, *********************** necklace and *********************** necklace to TrueFacet for consignment. My account shows that the watch has been sold, but I have not received any payment. I have sent many emails the last several months asking for the return of my merchandise to no avail or reply. I have made a number attempts at phoning customer service, but no one is ever available or ever answers. You are put on hold and then the phone is disconnected. I simply want my merchandise returned to me!

      TF, Truefacet LLC *********************************************************** RE: Return of Property To whom it may concern,On August 31st, 2018, I purchased a Rolex watch, order number *********, from *************. In June of 2023, I shipped the watch back to Truefacet. Then, on June 19th, 2023, I received an email confirming Truefacet received the watch. I have not received further correspondence since June 19th. Thus, I demand the watch be shipped back immediately. To remedy the situation, please return the watch. I believe my demand to be a fair one. I expect a response within 7 days of the receipt of this letter. If I do not receive a response, further steps will be taken.       Purchased and paid for a watch on 7/19 for $10,333.84. Truefacet cancelled right away and said they issued a refund due to availability issues. They said we should see refund **** days or we can do a chargeback. We still have no refund and the chargeback is still pending since they wont respond. We have correspondence showing the communications about refund also. No one is responding and they are holding our money.

      Returned a Rolex lady's watch for repair on August 8. Since then, have been unable to contact company via email or phone. They had promised no more than 3 week turnaround. I'm concerned something has happened to the company and I won't get the watch back.

      I consigned a watch with TrueFacet in June of 2023. Since then, I have decided not to sell my watch. I have emailed TrueFacet 4 times over the last month, and have attempted to call the customer support line numerous times, but there has been no response and no one picks up the phone. All I want is my watch back, but I cannot get any response. As of now, that's theft.
