I ordered a framed family photo. The confirmation email was exactly what I ordered. It arrived and the photo was missing my mother's arm and my piano keyboard. I have sent numerous emails since receiving it on 1/8/24, and no response. The phone number is a recording that doesn't allow you to leave a message. I want a corrected version sent to me and I'll return the incorrect one that I have. I have also advised my credit card to not pay until this is resolved.Initial Complaint

I have used keepsake a couple of times, the first time was great, the picture was perfect and it was delivered to my home in a timely manner. The second time i was staying with my daughter in ******* and wanted it delivered to her apt. They used **** and it never got delivered said it was undeliverable which is not true, my daughter gets mail all and packages all the as do i, So when I got home I had them redeliver it to my home where the first package was sent. Again they used **** and again i was told it was undeliverable there, Which as i said is untrue that address was where the first one was sent. So i offered a third address, and again they used the **** and again was told it was undeliverable. Which of course is not true. Many people have recieved mail there before as well as myself. it is not up to me to chase down it is up to them to to get it to me. However I still have no product, I have asked for my money back havent even gotten a response on that.Initial Complaint

This company has charged my card, they claim by a single email that my order has been sent. I have not received anything from them. You have to do some research to find a phone number which of course has a recording with no vm. In the last two weeks I have sent over fifty emails to them with not one reply. They are ignoring me completely. I now just want my money refunded, but can not reach anyone.
