      I was using Accident.com for my firm and while we did not receive many quality leads, they were willing to work with us during the first month to update criteria. We had to sign an initial 3 month contract in which they deducted more money from our account than we agreed on. They were able to refund that amount. The real problem lies in their reporting process. I reported many leads that did not even meet the qualifications before being sent to us and they rejected the refund. After speaking with my account management team they said they would go back in and review and give us credits back. After 2 months and 3 ignored emails nothing has been done and I am unable to get a response from anyone. In summary, we paid $30k for 4 signed cases.

      I was treated so well by one of their agents who completed an intake for my accident. She asked me a few questions regarding the accident and I was matched with an attorney who has done an amazing job with my case. I do not think I could have handled this on my own. I am so grateful for all their help.

      They are very jr, bad quality leads, unreliable. They never process refund requests, in my opinion they have a few people to call law firms to pretend they are victims of an accident and sell those to law firms. They take money out of your account as soon as you give access to them and charge it without your authorization. They sold us leads to our law firm back in October 2023, they never processed refunds in a fair manner. They kept charging for bad and at fault leads. Stay away

      This service helped me tremendously. I was hit by a car while I was walking across the street and ended up in the hospital. I found their site, and within 24 hours I had a member from the law firm's team at my hospital bed helping me navigate through the process of filing a claim.

      "****" an Accident.com computer robocalls people across the United States seeking accident victims. After a few qualifying questions, the computer transfers you as a potental lead for Accident.com subscribed attorneys to file injury claims on your behalf. Or another intake person qualifies you and again transfers you as a potential lead to an Accident.com subscribed attorney. The problem is that Accident.com does not compy with the national "Do not call list" nor an individuals request to be removed from their calling list. In response, since they are wasting my time, I will waste theirs by making up a fake accident story. Then I change my story repeatedly and claim impossible injuries, such as my tail got severed, until the attorney on the other the end of the line gets frustrated. I tell the attorney on the other end that they are wasting their money by subscribing to Accident.com. You should do the same.
