Your firm represented me since 2016. Now you have ****** and ****** to weed out some of your clients so you both Can have a bigger pay day! I'm currently around ***** * ****** ******* due to taking Nexium over 10 years. The reason that ****** and ****** gave doesn't match my medical records! One of your lawyers even told me that I was one of the best clients you have for this case? All the proof is in my records! Even one of my doctors stated that my kidney disease could be due taking Nexium. Therefore if this isn't corrected soon I will be filing for a legal malpractice against you. I will be also contacting other clients that were dropped from this case for no good reason by ****** and ******. Your office hired ****** and ****** to get rid of injured people so you would have bigger pay day! The *************** should also know about how your practice is treating injured people!

Please know that **************** is not a client of Weitz & Luxenberg PC. His case was referred to the firm of ****** & ****** when we determined that we could not represent him. We have correspondence from **************** acknowledging that he is being represented by ***********.

****** & ****** subsequently rejected his case in 2022 (as law firms have the right to do) and it may be that he is venting against any firm who touched his case, and he may be doing so against ****** & ****** as well.

Law firms like ours, and ****** & ******, are in the business of representing clients with valid legal claims, and not to turn away business for no apparent reason. We are sorry that legal barriers exist for **************** to have a case, but his unfounded and libelous accusations will not alter reality.

      Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:   Weiz and Luxenberg and ****** and ****** both were representing me at the same time!   They have given me 3 different excuses why they stopped representing me.   Now I received a letter stating it was because of my old kidney doctor said it could be that my kidney disease is from different medicine's?   But my new kidney doctor in 2017 states its from Nexium!  **************** and *************** both said this!   All of this was in my doctors notes long ago?   Why did Weiz and Luxenberg tell me since 2016 I had a great case.  They had all my medical  records!

Since the time **************** indicated his displeasure with our initial response to his complaint, the law firm of ****** & ****** - to our understanding - has recontacted **************** concerning his case, and in light of that I submit that the complaint be considered as resolved,
